Abstract: A rotary valve has a valve body and a valve sleeve disposed coaxially hermetically outside the valve body. The valve body has a first, a second, and a third group of flow channels, ports of these are disposed on a surface of the valve body. The valve sleeve is evenly opened with a plurality of through-holes, and an inner end of each through-hole is provided with a vertical groove extending up and down along an inner wall of the valve sleeve. The vertical groove is divided into three sections, each communicating with the ports of the first, the second, and the third group of flow channels, respectively. The first group of flow channels are in a working state, a switching valve is provided at the through-hole, which switches one group of the second group of flow channels and the third group of flow channels into the working state.

Abstract: A process for producing propylene involves dehydration of isopropanol. The dehydration process includes a step of subjecting a starting material containing isopropanol to a dehydration reaction in the presence of a dehydration catalyst comprising alumina to produce a product containing propylene. The starting material has a water content of 0.1 to 10.0 wt % (relative to 100 wt % of the total mass of the starting material), and the product has a total content of C2 unsaturated impurities and C3-C4 unsaturated impurities of 80 ppm or less (relative to 100 wt % of the total mass of the product).

An oil gas outlet of the coke tower is in communication with an oil gas inlet of the pressure stabilization tower through a pipeline. No pressure controller for adjusting the pressure at the top of the coke tower is provided in the coke tower or on the oil gas pipeline connecting the coke tower to the pressure stabilization tower.

Abstract: A SO2 adsorption material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, and a method for removing SO2 from flue gas containing SO2 are provided. The SO2 adsorption material contains a carbonized metal organic framework material and a sulfite loaded on the carbonized metal organic framework material, and the carbonized metal organic framework material is a carbonized material obtained by carbonizing a metal organic framework material. On the basis of the total weight of the SO2 adsorption material, the loading amount of sulfite is not higher than 10 wt %. The SO2 adsorption material has a relatively high SO2 adsorption capacity, and may be desorbed and regenerated by heating, and the adsorption capacity still remains at a relatively high level after multiple cycles of adsorption-desorption.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of fine chemical industry. Specifically disclosed are a method for synthesizing 2-methylpyridine from aniline, and a method for selectively and continuously producing 2-methylpyridine and diphenylamine from aniline. The method comprises: in a hydrogen-containing atmosphere, enabling aniline and a catalyst to undergo a contact reaction at a temperature of 100-400° C., wherein the catalyst is β zeolite carrying a metal component, and the metal component comprises an active metal component selected from at least one of W, Mo, Ni, and Co; controlling the temperature of the contact reaction to be 100-240° C. to obtain a product mainly consisting of 2-methylpyridine; and controlling the temperature of the contact reaction to be 260-400° C. to obtain a product mainly consisting of diphenylamine.

Abstract: A grading system and an application of a hydrogenation catalyst and a grading method of the hydrogenation catalyst are provided. The system contains M hydrogenation catalysts sequentially filled in a material flow direction. An R value of an Nth hydrogenation catalyst is not less than an R value of an (N−1)th hydrogenation catalyst, and the R value of at least one Nth hydrogenation catalyst is greater than the R value of the (N−1)th hydrogenation catalyst. N is an integer greater than 2 and not greater than M; the R value is a ratio of molar content of the VIII group metal element in the hydrogenation catalyst characterized by an X-ray photoelectron spectrum to weight content of the VIII group metal element in terms of oxides in the hydrogenation catalyst characterized by an X-ray fluorescence spectrum. The hydrogenation catalysts having different surface nickel atom concentrations are used for grading, thereby improving denitrification and the hydrogenation saturation performance of a catalyst system.

Abstract: A method for producing a fuel oil includes the steps of (1) bringing a sulfur-containing feedstock oil and an alkali metal into contact for a pre-reaction to obtain a pre-reaction material, wherein the pre-reaction is performed under hydrogen-free conditions; (2) bringing the pre-reaction material into contact with a hydrogen-supplying agent for a hydrogenation reaction; and (3) separating the material obtained in step (2) to obtain a liquid-phase product fuel oil and a solid mixture. Using this method, inferior and cheap feedstock oils, such as heavy residual oils, can be converted into fuel oils.

Abstract: A production system for insoluble sulfur includes a polymeric kettle having a first discharge port and a quench tower (200) having a feed port. The first discharge port is in communication with the feed port. The quench tower has a cylindrical housing, a granulation device and a shear pump. A solvent inlet and a quenching agent inlet, which are respectively used for providing a solvent and a quenching agent, are arranged on the side wall of the housing. The sulfur production method includes raising the temperature of liquid sulfur under the protection of an initiator and nitrogen to perform polymerization reaction; introducing the polymerized material into the quenching tower and sequentially carrying out granulation and quenching treatment; carrying out solvent curing and extraction integrated treatment on the quenched product; and carrying out liquid phase circulating crushing and extraction integrated treatment on the cured and extracted product.

The selection method includes obtaining the slope at an initial pressure of an adsorption isotherm with respect to a target adsorbate of each adsorbent among a plurality of adsorbents, in which each adsorption isotherm is a curve representing adsorption capacity varying with pressure at a specific temperature; obtaining the adsorption capacity of each adsorbent on the target adsorbate under the specific temperature and a specific pressure; and selecting a target adsorbent for adsorbing the target adsorbate from the plurality of adsorbents according to the slope and the adsorption capacity of each adsorbent. In a pressure swing adsorption process, a pressure swing adsorption cycle can be optimized, the amount of an adsorbent used can be reduced, and operation and production costs of pressure swing adsorption can consequently be reduced.

Abstract: An electrolysis device, electrolysis system, and electrolysis method for alternating current induction power supply are provided. The electrolysis device includes at least one group of magnetic circuits and an electrolytic cell. The magnetic circuit has a magnetic core on which an electromagnetic coil is wound, the magnetic core being provided outside the electrolytic cell. The magnetic circuits are used for using an alternating current power source to generate a rotating magnetic field surrounding the electrolytic cell, the rotating magnetic field acting on an electrolyte in the electrolytic cell to generate an induction direct current, such that the electrolyte is electrolyzed. According to the electrolysis device, the electrolytic cell generates the induction direct current directly by means of an alternating current, such that alternating current and direct current conversion links are reduced, and energy loss caused by energy conversion is reduced.
