摘要: A track system for use with a vehicle includes an attachment assembly connectable to the chassis of the vehicle having a first pivot extending vertically and defining a yaw pivot axis of the track system, and a second pivot extending laterally and defining a pitch pivot axis of the track system. A frame assembly is disposed laterally outwardly from the attachment assembly and connected thereto. The frame assembly includes at least one wheel-bearing frame member. The track system further includes at least one actuator connected between the attachment assembly and the frame assembly for pivoting the frame assembly about the yaw pivot axis, a leading idler wheel assembly at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, a trailing idler wheel assembly at least indirectly connected to the at least one wheel-bearing frame member, at least one support wheel assembly, and an endless track.

摘要: A tire pressure control device of an off-road vehicle is configured for changing tire pressures of vehicle wheels of at least one vehicle axle. Each pneumatic tire has a pressure-controlled wheel valve which is pneumatically connected to a control pressure line and to a supply pressure line. The control pressure lines and the supply pressure lines are pneumatically connected to a compressed air supply device and controlled by an electronic control unit. The actuation of the wheel valves takes place axle by axle via control valves, and the compressed air supply of the vehicle wheels is carried out by side via supply valves.

摘要: A pneumatic tire may include a tread, an inner tire surface positioned opposite the tread, and an internal heat exchanger attached to the inner tire surface. The wheel assembly may include a wheel rim, the pneumatic tire, and a pump. The pneumatic tire may be attached to the wheel rim. The pump may be attached to the wheel rim outside of the pneumatic tire and configured to rotate with the wheel rim. The pump may be coupled to the internal heat exchanger through an opening in the wheel rim. The wheel assembly may further include a coolant disposed in the internal heat exchanger and configured to absorb heat from the pneumatic tire. The wheel assembly may also include an external heat exchanger configured to remove heat from the coolant.

摘要: A track system includes an attachment assembly including at least one of a first pivot defining a roll pivot axis, a second pivot defining a pitch pivot axis, and a third pivot defining a yaw pivot axis of the track system. A frame assembly is disposed laterally outwardly from the attachment assembly and connected to the attachment assembly. The track system further includes at least one actuator for pivoting the frame assembly about at least one of the roll and yaw pivot axes, and at least one monitoring for determining, at least indirectly, at least one of a state of the track system and a ground surface condition. The at least one monitoring sensor is communicating with a track system controller to control the operation of the at least one actuator based on the at least one of the state of the track system and the ground surface condition.

The viscous modulus G′1 of the first material is at most 60% of the viscous modulus G′2 of the second material. The complex modulus G′1 of the first material differs from the complex modulus G′2 of the second material, the difference between these complex moduli being at most 30% of the complex modulus G′2 of the second material.

The compact rotary union assembly includes a spindle, an inner sleeve, and an outer sleeve. The spindle includes a spindle channel. The inner sleeve includes a flange portion, a cylinder portion coupled to the flange portion, a bore extending through the flange portion and the cylinder portion, and an inner sleeve channel located within the flange portion and the cylinder portion. The inner sleeve channel is coupled to a first port and to the spindle channel. An outer sleeve includes an outer sleeve channel, coupled to the spindle channel and to a second port, wherein the cylinder portion is located within an outer sleeve bore of the outer sleeve. A first and a second air seal are located within the outer sleeve on either side of an air track.
