Abstract:
An adaptation data file providing apparatus is operated by at least one subsystem among subsystems configuring an air traffic control system that provides an air traffic control service. The apparatus includes: a data input unit for receiving adaptation data required to provide the air traffic control service; and a file generation unit for generating an adaptation file, which has a form to be transmittable to subsystems and is obtained by generating metadata for being used to check errors in the adaptation data and including the metadata and the adaptation data input through the data input unit therein.
Abstract:
An apparatus for automatically applying meteorological information includes a meteorological information classifying unit configured to automatically classify various types of meteorological information discriminately depending on their formats; and a meteorological information parsing unit configured to perform parsing to cut meteorological information classified by the meteorological information classifying unit. Further, the apparatus includes a meteorological information verifying unit configured to verify a syntax error and semantic content with respect to the meteorological information; and a meteorological message generating unit configured to generate a meteorological message by extracting only items required for air control from the meteorological information. Furthermore, the apparatus includes a meteorological message transmission unit configured to transmit the meteorological message generated by the meteorological message generating unit to a controller working position (CWP) system that performs air control.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of traceback and isolation of a high-risk flight data packet and an apparatus for the same. The method of traceback and isolation of a high-risk flight data packet includes monitoring, by a flight data packet monitoring unit, whether a high-risk flight data packet is generated in flight data packets transmitted to a flight data processing apparatus; tracebacking a transfer path for the high-risk flight data packet on a network by a path tracebacking unit when the high-risk flight data packet is generated; and isolating, by an isolation processing unit, a flight data terminal transmitting the high-risk flight data packet to the transfer path from an aeronautical telecommunication network. The present invention can increase the security, reliability, and availability of the air traffic control system and can be performed without stopping the allocation of services to authenticated users of the air traffic control system.
Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for managing a flight plan state for an air traffic control that manage the flight plan state by using time information and accurately manage departure and arrival states of an aircraft by utilizing a state processor only for departure/arrival. The apparatus for managing a flight plan state for an air traffic control includes: a flight plan managing device generating a flight plan list on the basis of an inputted flight plan and setting a flight plan state of the flight plan included in the flight plan list; and a departure/arrival managing device generating a departure-scheduled aircraft list and an arrival-scheduled aircraft list on the basis of the flight plan state of the aircraft set by the flight plan managing device and managing departure and arrival of the aircraft on the basis of the departure-scheduled aircraft list and the arrival-scheduled aircraft list.
Abstract:
A ship traffic control apparatus includes a location recognizer for measuring a location coordinate of a ship by using a satellite location-based service; a ship identifier/location coordinate manager for storing the location coordinate as coordinate information corresponding to a ship identifier; an accident processing unit for providing an accident information when an accident occurs; and an operation controller for forming location information by mapping between the coordinate information and navigation information, transmitting the location information to other ships or a control system in a prescribed cycle through a radio communication unit, and transmitting accident occurrence information including the accident information and the location information to other ships or the control system.
