    摘要: An input detecting apparatus, method in a switching matrix in which a plurality of switches are provided in the form of a matrix, which discriminates a sneak pass signal current caused by overlapping keying of up to 10 switches and is provided with a switching matrix including a driver circuit, a detecting circuit, a first group of a plurality of lines (1.sub.0 -1.sub.6), each connected to the driver circuit (2), a second group of a plurality of lines (3.sub.0 -3.sub.6), each connected to the detecting circuit, and a plurality of switching devices including a resistor (6) and a switching element (5) serially arranged, one end of each switching device being connected to one of the first group of lines and the other end to one of the second group of lines, the driver circuit having a decoder (11) which in turn connects one end of each oen of the plurality of lines of the first group (1.sub.0 -1.sub.6 ) to an electrical source having 0 voltage, one by one, the detecting circuit having a selector ( 7) selectively connecting in turn one end of the plurality of lines of the second group (3.sub.0 -3.sub.6) to a voltage detecting circuit thereof, the rest of the end of the plurality lines of the second group being connected to a decoder in which the ends of the plurality lines of the second group are in turn opened in synchronization with the operation of the selector, and a means is provided for applying a predetermined voltage higher than the detecting voltage to detect the switching operation.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave device comprising a first set of interdigital electrodes that generate surface acoustic waves, a second set of interdigital electrodes that receive and convert surface acoustic waves into electrical signals, and an intermediate electromechanical coupling element provided therebetween. The coupling element comprises a plurality of parallel strips formed on the surface of a piezoelectric substrate such as to receive and change the direction of propagation of the surface acoustic waves, each of these parallel strips being spaced at a predetermined distance from each other and connected therebetween in a given manner to obtain suitable stopband characteristics.

    摘要: A magnetic sensor including a magnetoresistance effect element directed to prevent deterioration in the detection sensitivity occurring due to inversion of the magnetization of a plurality of ferromagnetic thin film stripes forming the magnetoresistance effect element with respect to the initial direction during the repeated operations, the magnetic sensor being arranged in such a manner that the magnetoresistance effect element is disposed at a position deviating from the center of the magnetic pole surface of a cylindrical magnet, preferably at a position deviating in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the magnetic object to be detected is moved. The thus-employed arrangement enables a bias magnetic field to be applied to the magnetoresistance effect element in parallel to the deviation direction. Therefore, the magnetization of all of the plurality of the ferromagnetic thin film stripes forming the magnetoresistance effect element can be caused to face the same direction. As a result, the detection sensitivity can be stabilized because inversion of the magnetization can be prevented even if external magnetic fields are repeatedly applied.

    摘要: A surface acoustic wave filter device in which a capacitative coupling means is provided to couple at least one of the terminals of the SAW input transducer to at least one of the terminals of the output transducer, in order to equalize the levels of signals which are induced on the pair of output terminals of said output transducer without assuming the form of surface acoustic waves. The stray inductive coupling which normally occurs between the input and output terminals of the SAW filter degrades filter performance. Since the inductive coupling to the two output terminals is normally unequal, the inductively coupled unfiltered signals cannot be completely rejected by a balanced differential amplifier. By equalizing the levels of unfiltered signals at the output terminal, effective rejection by a differential amplifier is possible.
