摘要: A constant-pressure mechanism includes: a pressure transmission member being linearly movable in a predetermined direction and being urged by an urging member; a rotary member being rotatable around a central shaft located in a case receiving the pressure transmission member; a follower member supported to the case so as to be movable linearly; and a displacement conversion mechanism interposed among the pressure transmission member, the rotary member and the follower member. The displacement conversion mechanism has a first link arm pin-connected between one end portion of the rotary member and the pressure transmission member, and a second link arm pin-connected between the other end portion of the rotary member and the follower member.

摘要: A displacement measuring device wherein a measuring element slidably supported on a main frame is provided and the length or the like of a work to be measured is measured from a displacement value of said measuring element when the forward end of said measuring element is abutted against said work to be measured, characterized in that said device comprises: a feed member provided on said main frame in a manner to be able to reciprocate within a predetermined range; a vertically movable member interlocked with and driven by said feed member, to thereby vertically move said measuring element; and a load applying means for applying a load to said vertically movable member through the utilization of a relative movement between said feed member and said vertically movable member when said vertically movable member is braked after said measuring element has been abutted against said work to be measured.

摘要: A clamping assembly for attaching a probe device to an attachment arm of a measuring instrument which extends from the instrument along a first axis. The probe device has a base arm positioned adjacent to the attachment arm in an axially overlapping manner. The clamping assembly includes a first annular clamping member proximate the measuring instrument, a second annular clamping member positioned axially adjacent the first clamping member, a rotatable annular clamping ring encompassing the first and second clamping members, and an arrangement for offsetting a central bore of the second clamping member relative to a central bore of the first clamping member along an axis extending perpendicular to the first axis during a relative axial movement between the clamping ring and the first clamping member. The effect is to urge the base arm into abutment with the attachment arm in a direction along the second axis.

摘要: A digital display measuring apparatus including a movable contact on the body of the measuring apparatus to engage with an object to be measured, an encoder for converting the displacement of the contact into an electrical output signal, a counting circuit for counting the output signal of the encoder, and a digital display for indicating the counted value from the counting circuit. The digital display further includes a measurement indicator unit for indicating the displacement of the contact and a preset indicator unit for indicating a preset value higher than those indicated in the measurement indicator unit. The preset indicator unit includes a presetting device for supplying a reference value to the preset input of the preset indicator unit. With this apparatus even if the object to be measured has a length exceeding the maximum displacement of the contact, the full length of the object may be measured and indicated.

摘要: This invention concerns a dimension measuring instrument comprising an encoder for converting a displacement of a spindle into an electric signal and an analogue indication device for electrically indicating a measured value, which has been obtained through processing of an output from the encoder, by a pattern including a scale or scales, a pointer and the like. The analogue indication device is provided with a scale indicating circuit for continuously indicating two or more scales different in scale interval from each other and a pointer indicating circuit for driving the pointer in accordance with the measured value and depending on the scale interval for the indication, and a range of dimension indication is expanded without deteriorating the reading accuracy within a predetermined range of dimension indication.
