    摘要: A fuel cell system is equipped with a fuel cell for generating power by an electrochemical reaction of a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas, a fuel gas supply mechanism for supplying the fuel gas to the fuel cell, a supply amount adjustment mechanism for adjusting a supply amount of the fuel gas, a fuel gas flow passage for passing the fuel gas, a purge valve for purging a gas within the fuel gas flow passage outside, and a control mechanism for opening the purge valve when a stop request of the fuel cell is output, wherein when an activation request of the fuel cell is output, the control mechanism controls the supply amount adjustment mechanism so that a pressure within the fuel gas flow passage becomes smaller than a minimum pressure in a normal power generation and larger than an atmospheric pressure.

    摘要: When an ignition switch is turned off, a hydrogen supply valve is closed. Operation of a compressor continues, and an air supply valve and an air discharge valve are opened to supply the compressed air into a fuel cell through a hydrogen supply port. The scavenging process of removing the fuel gas and the water remaining in the fuel gas channel is performed through the air discharge valve, a drain valve, and a hydrogen purge valve. Then, all the valves connected to the fuel gas channel are closed. The pressure when the valves are closed, and the pressure when a short time has elapsed after closing the valves are detected by a pressure sensor. Based on the pressure difference, a failure due to the leakage in the fuel gas channel is detected.

    摘要: A control system for an electric vehicle includes an accelerator opening detecting device for detecting a position of an accelerator, and an output command value calculating device connected to the accelerator opening detecting device for calculating an output command value of a drive motor of the electric vehicle based upon the detected accelerator opening. A motor control device is connected to the output command value calculating device, and controls the output of the motor based upon the output command value. An accelerator opening learning device learns actual accelerator opening positions, and includes at least one of a full-closure learning apparatus for generating a full-closure determined value of the accelerator based upon an output of the accelerator opening detecting device, and a full-open learning apparatus for generating a full-open determined value based upon the detected accelerator opening. The system also includes an output command value limiting device for limiting the output command value output by the output command value calculating device until the accelerator opening learning device has generated the full-closure determined value and the full-open determined value. This configuration reduces the rough and unstable output changes of a motor until the learning has been completed.

The normal and abnormal position correcting units memorize a difference between the movement amount including the cutting-edge position correction value on memory at that time and the predetermined standard dimension, as the normal and abnormal cutting-edge position correction value for the new tool, respectively.

    摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell having a fuel gas flow path and an oxidant gas flow path; a compressor for supplying humidified air to the oxidant gas flow path; a back-pressure regulating valve for controlling pressure of humidified air in the oxidant gas flow path; a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of the humidified air in the oxidant gas flow path; and a control section for controlling the compressor and the back-pressure regulating valve. In this system, the pressure of humidified air in the oxidant gas flow path is regulated to become equal or approximate to a target pressure by the back-pressure regulating valve. When the pressure difference between the pressure measured by the pressure sensor and the target pressure is larger than a predetermined pressure difference, the control section corrects operating conditions of the compressor, so that the measured pressure becomes the target pressure.

The apparatus has: a compressor 2 that supplies pressurized air to a cathode electrode of a fuel cell 1; a hydrogen supply device 30 that supplies hydrogen to an anode electrode of the fuel cell 1; a control device 10 that regulates the pressure of the cathode electrode by controlling the compressor 2 according to an operating state of the fuel cell 1; and a regulator 5 that is applied with the air pressure of the cathode electrode as a reference pressure, and regulates the supply pressure to the anode electrode based on this air pressure. Moreover there is provided a pressure regulator 39 that is capable of regulating the reference pressure that is applied to the regulator 5, by discharging air from an air flow passage for the air pressure that is applied to the regulator 5.
