A work-punching device and work-punching method capable of appropriately changing a counter load is provided. Also, a method for manufacturing an element for continuously variable transmission with simple process is provided. A counter load may be controlled by increasing and decreasing a pressure of a fluid, when punching an element 10 from a metal band plate 20 while applying a counter load by a counter punch 113.

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an element for a CVT belt, comprising a body portion (22L, 22R) having right and left sides and a tapered portion with a downwardly reducing width, a neck portion extending upward from the body portion, and a head portion extending upward from the neck portion. The manufacturing method comprises a first punching step in which a metal strip blank (31) which has a uniform thickness and a width which makes it possible obtain elements arrayed on an even number of lines in an arrangement in which the head portions are opposed to each other or an arrangement in which the body portions are opposed to each other, is punched along an outline ((33L, 33R) of an excess material (21b) added to profiles of the left and right sides (21L, 21R) of the body portions, and along an outline (58L, 58R) of an excess material (32b) added to a profile of a lower side (32L, 32R) of the body portion; a plastic deformation step in which the blank is compressed in the thickness direction to form a predetermined projection and depression, and form the tapered portion while displacing the material in the outline directions; and a second punching step in which the element is obtained as a product by punching the blank.

A network camera system is configured such that an adapter device is connected with a digital camera, and the adapter device is connected with a network to which a client is also connected. A video signal representing a real-time image and a digital image signal representing a high-resolution still image are transmitted from the camera to the adapter. The adapter has a function of a file server and allows the client to download image data corresponding to the high-resolution still image. The adapter device further has a function of a streaming server and transmits streaming data representing the real-time image. The client can transmits an operation command to the adapter through the network, and the adapter transfer the command to the camera to perform the operation required by the client.

Provided is a workpiece punch-molding method and a workpiece punch-molding device capable of maintaining the thickness of a workpiece at a constant precision. Prior to the punch of a workpiece by a mold punch and a counter punch, the data denoting a relationship between a punch speed of the mold punch and a delay time of the depressurization of the counter punch is obtained. The counter punch is subjected to the depressurization at an early timing based on the obtained data.
