摘要： A method of detecting an immune response to a paratuberculosis-specific antigen, comprising incubating a sample from a subject with the paratuberculosis-specific antigen and detecting the presence of an antibody in the sample as an indication of an immune response to the paratuberculosis-specific antigen. The antigen may be obtained from a novel M paratuberculosis strain JTC303. The antigen may be obtained from the JTC303 culture filtrate. Also provided are antibodies to the paratuberculosis-specific antigen, and a diagnostic kit for the detection of an immune response to a paratuberculosis-specific antigen in a mammal.

摘要： A clothes washing machine has an external casing, a tub suspended in the external casing, and a spin basket rotatably installed in the tub and accommodating laundry. A damper includes a first member installed at the lower end of the tub which can wobble together with the tub, and a second member for attenuating vibration transferred to the tub by a mutual action with respect to the first member. Nonlinear and irregular vibration transferred to the tub during a rotational movement of the spin basket can be effectively attenuated, to reduce noise of the washing machine and perform a more stable washing cycle operation.

摘要： A clothes washing machine includes a rotary tub having a balancing apparatus at its upper end. The balancing apparatus comprises at least one annular chamber in which balls are movably disposed. A radially outer upright side surface of the chamber is inclined upwardly and outwardly so that the balls can ride up along that surface when the rotary speed of the tub exceeds a predetermined value. A plurality of chambers can be disposed, one above the other, wherein bottoms of the chambers are inclined obliquely relative to the axis of rotation, with the bottoms being out of phase with respect to one another by an angle equal to 360.degree. divided by the number of chambers.

摘要： A washing machine having a ball balancer is provided. The washing machine comprises: an external cabinet; an outer tub suspended inside the external cabinet; a rotary tub rotatably installed inside the outer tub for containing the laundry therein; and a ball balancer installed at a circumference of the rotary tub for balancing a rotation of the rotary tub. The ball balancer comprises: a casing installed at the circumference of the rotary tub and having at least one annual chamber formed therein; a multiplicity of balancing balls contained in the annual chamber of the casing; and a viscous fluid contained in the chamber of the casing. Here, the annual chamber of the casing is formed at the bottom of the annual chamber with at least one groove for receiving the balancing balls over a predetermind circumferencial length, and the groove has an inclined radial outer wall for guiding a upward movement of the balancing balls, as a rotational speed of the rotary tub increases. Accordingly, when the rotary tub rotates at a low speed, the increase of vibrations of the rotary tub is prevented.

To this end, disclosed are remote fire extinguishing equipment and remote crime prevention and extermination equipment, the remote fire extinguishing equipment comprising: a flame detecting sensor which detects a flame when a fire occurs and transmits a flame detection signal through a communication network; a smart phone which, when receiving the flame detection signal through the communication network, transmits, through the communication network, a photographing signal with respect to a fire occurring region; an IP camera unit which, when receiving the photographing signal from the smart phone, photographs the fire occurring region and transmits, through the communication network, a photographed image to the smart phone; and a smart plug which, when receiving, through the communication network, a user control signal of the smart phone, sprays a fire extinguishing material to the fire occurring region.
