摘要: A structure installation system which maintains one or more walls in a desired position and orientation during installation of the one or more walls. The structure installation system generally includes a vehicle which is adapted to traverse a ground surface. The vehicle includes an arm having an arm coupler to which a support is connected. One or more walls adapted to be installed in the ground surface may be removably connected to the support, such as by securing the walls to adjustable hangers that are removably connected to the support. By adjusting the positioning of the hangers, the orientation and position of the walls may be adjusted. Once put in position, the vehicle and support will retain the walls in the desired position and orientation while concrete is poured and allowed to cure to form a unitary structure such as a bollard wall.

The vehicle may then move the lifting frame to position the lower ends of the bollards in an opening in the ground surface. Concrete may be poured to encapsulate the lower ends of the bollards. The lifting frame may then be removed, with the bollard wall being free-standing in the ground surface.

摘要: A concrete forming system for reducing the time and labor required for the framing, pouring, and curing of concrete walls. The concrete forming system generally includes concrete forms including a first wall, a second wall opposing the first wall, and a pair of sidewalls. A cavity is formed between the walls; with an opening being fluidly connected to the cavity. A first vehicle is connected to the first wall and a second vehicle is connected to the second wall. Using the vehicles, the positioning and orientation of the walls may be adjusted. After the walls have been placed and oriented, the vehicles will hold the walls in place as concrete is poured into the cavity through the opening. The concrete is allowed to cure into a structure; after which the vehicles and walls may be moved to another location to repeat the process.
