    摘要: A method and device for jetting a pressurized water flow against a material under water to cause cavitation to wash the material. A negative pressure generated by the pressurized water flow is used to draw an air current and mix it into the pressurized water flow. A near-infinite number of bubbles are thus directed to the material through the pressurized water flow. As a result, the control of the water flow controls the movement of the bubbles, and the disturbance caused by the bubbles, the shock wave caused by the bursting of the bubbles, and the turbulent force of the flow serve to wash the material.

    摘要: An aerial washing method for obtaining washing effects almost equal to those of underwater washing is embodied. An jet opening 12 for jetting high-pressure water in a direction generally parallel to the direction the nozzle's axis is provided in a nozzle port 11 of a washing nozzle 10, and a negative pressure is formed in the nozzle port 11 by jetting a high-pressure water jet. A low-pressure water inlet 14 and a gas inlet 15 through which low-pressure water and a gas, respectively, are sucked in using this negative pressure are provided in the washing nozzle 10. The low-pressure water and the gas are engulfed in the high-pressure water jet, and the resultant high-pressure jet of water is aerially directed against an object to wash it.

    摘要: A material for an indication label to be adhered to a rubber tire. The label is designed to be disposed on an unvulcanized raw rubber tire and then fixed to the finished tire by vulcanization using heat and pressure. The indication label having a label base material with a heat-resistant plastic film and an abrasive surface coating layer formed on the upper surface of the plastic film. The abrasive surface being composed of a hardened resin and filler. An indication defined by an ink layer is disposed on the abrasive surface. A rubber adhesive laminated on the lower surface of the plastic film adheres the label to the tire. The label is constructed by forming the ink layer on the exterior side of the abrasive surface coating layer. The abrasive surface having a profile and roughness for preserving the quality of the indication.
