The supply portion includes a bobbin and wiring material on the bobbin. The correction portion corrects curvature of the wiring material. The correction portion comprises a first pulley that comes in contact with the wiring material which is drawn from the bobbin. The first pulley comprises at a periphery thereof a first groove. The first groove comprises a first basal surface and a pair of first inclined surfaces which are arranged on both sides of the first basal surface. An inclination angle θ1 of the first inclined surface relative to the first basal surface being less than or equal to an inclination angle θ2 of the wiring material which is drawn from the supply portion relative to the first basal surface.
