摘要: The HCPV system includes a plurality of modules connected to an array, a casing, a plurality of inverted pyramids, a plurality of solar cells, and a backplate. Each module includes an optical component that concentrates light onto a single solar cell and a single inverted pyramid with solid lateral faces connects the optical component at a peripheral edge of a base of the pyramid to the single solar cell at an apex of the inverted pyramid. The casing has a top frame and a bottom frame. The top frame surrounds each optical component on the peripheral edge of the pyramid, and the bottom frame surrounds each solar cell on the apex of the pyramid. The top frame and bottom frame are separated by a plurality of supports. The backplate is a plurality of interconnected circular pads.

The cell string includes multiple cells. Adjacent cells are connected in series through multiple spaced welding ribbons. The protector includes a first protective portion connected to the surface of the mounting portion, and a thickness of the first protective portion is not less than thicknesses of the welding ribbons. The front adhesive film and the back adhesive film are respectively connected to the front side and back side of the cell. The first plate and the second plate are connected to the front adhesive film and the back adhesive film, respectively.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for producing a photovoltaic module and a photovoltaic module. The method includes: providing a plurality of solar cells, each respective solar cell has an overlapping area; applying adhesive to first areas in the overlapping area of each solar cell, the first areas allow the respective solar cell to be welded to a neighboring solar cell through a plurality of welding strips; in response to hardness of the adhesive falling in a preset hardness range by curing, welding the respective solar cell to the neighboring solar cell through the plurality of welding strips, to obtain at least one cell string; and laminating a front encapsulation layer, a front encapsulation material, the at least one cell string, a rear encapsulation material and a rear encapsulation layer, to obtain the photovoltaic module.
