    摘要: There is provided a communication apparatus capable of performing HEAC communication with another communication apparatus compliant with HEAC communication, comprising: a receiving unit configured to receive an HEC signal from the other communication apparatus via a transmission path; a detecting unit configured to detect a signal level of the HEC signal received by the receiving unit; a deciding unit configured to decide an amplification factor of an HEC signal to be transmitted based upon the detected signal level in a case where the detected signal level is not within prescribed limits; an amplifying unit configured to amplify the HEC signal to be transmitted at the decided amplification factor; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit an HEAC signal, which includes an ARC signal and the HEC signal to be transmitted amplified by the amplifying unit, to the other communication apparatus via the transmission path.

    摘要: In a processor system having a CPU, a RAM, and a communication portion for external communication, the operation of the central processing unit is stopped when an IPL operation mode is selected by an operation mode selection switch. An IPL program transferred from the outside through the communication portion is then written to the RAM starting from a predetermined address, and the stoppage of the operation of the CPU is thereafter canceled. The CPU restarting the operation executes the IPL program written to the RAM by first reading the predetermined address to download a system program. Since the IPL program is transferred from the outside, the IPL program to be used can be easily changed.

    摘要: An image capture apparatus includes an image capture unit, an image processing unit, a memory, and a network interface unit. The image capture unit captures an image. The image processing unit generates an image file including the captured image and additional information and stores the image file in a storage medium. The memory stores the image file read from the storage medium. The network interface unit transmits the image file stored in the memory to an external apparatus via a network. Furthermore, the network interface unit deletes predetermined additional information from the image file before transmitting the image file to the external apparatus, the predetermined additional information including information relating to a user of the image capture apparatus.
