    摘要: A rubber part having a metal fitting in which the metal fitting and the rubber part are integrated through an anti-corrosion chemical film formed on a surface of the metal fitting. The anti-corrosion chemical film is a zirconium-based chemical film that is harmless to human body and environment, and is transformable following the squeeze of the metal fitting. The rubber part having a metal fitting is produced by the steps of: degreasing an outer peripheral surface of the metal fitting, subjecting the surface to shot blasting treatment, degreasing the treated surface, and water washing the treated surface; forming a zirconium-based chemical film on the treated surface; water washing and drying an outer peripheral surface of the zirconium-based chemical film; forming an adhesive layer on the outer peripheral surface of the zirconium-based chemical film; and integrating the rubber part on the outer peripheral surface of the adhesive layer.

    摘要: The present invention provides a corrosion prevention method for an aluminum-based metal component, which makes it easy to check the presence or absence of, a chemically formed film on the component, and a corrosion-proof aluminum-based metal product produced by the method. In the method, the following treatment agent (A) is brought into contact with a surface of the aluminum-based metal component to chemically form the following film (B) on the surface of the aluminum-based metal component: (A) a treatment agent comprising an aqueous solution of zinc sulfate, an aqueous solution of ammonium fluoride and an aqueous solution of sodium molybdate which are mixed together; (B) a chemically formed film (B) comprising zinc fluoride, molybdenum and aluminum fluoride. Thus, the corrosion-proof aluminum-based metal product is produced.

    摘要: A dynamic damper for damping vibration of a rotary shaft. The dynamic damper includes a tubular mass member and a rubber elastic member. The rubber elastic member includes an attachment tube press-fitted onto the rotary shaft and an arm. The attachment tube is disposed coaxially with the mass member but nearer to an axial center thereof than the mass member. The arm connects the attachment tube to the mass member. The attachment tube includes a tubular support portion connected to the arm, a tubular attachment portion, and a tubular coupling portion for coupling the tubular support portion with the tubular attachment portion. The tubular attachment portion has larger interference than the tubular support portion.

    摘要: A rubber member is provided which includes an aluminum-based inner metal tube (2) (aluminum-based metal component), a film (A) chemically formed on an outer peripheral surface of the inner metal tube (2), an adhesive layer (C) provided on an outer surface of the film (A), and a vibration damping rubber (1) provided on an outer surface of the adhesive layer (C). The film (A) contains manganese oxide and zirconium oxide. In the film (A), manganese from the manganese oxide is present in a content of 10 to 30 mg/m2 on a manganese atom weight basis, and zirconium from the zirconium oxide is present in a content of 5 to 40 mg/m2 on a zirconium atom weight basis. The film (A) is free from deterioration in adhesion to the aluminum-base metal component which may otherwise occur due to heat applied for vulcanization of a rubber material, and is excellent in followability to deformation of the aluminum-based metal component. Further, it is easy to visually check the presence of the film (A) on the surface of the aluminum-based metal component.
