摘要: A seat structure includes a stationary base member fixed to the vehicle, a movable support member slidable on the stationary base member for carrying a seat cushion with a tiltable set back, seat position memorizing means, seat locking means for locking the movable support member to the stationary base member, biasing means for moving the movable support member in the forward direction of the vehicle when the seat locking means is disengaged, and actuating means for actuating the seat locking means in association with the seat position memorizing means in response to the tilting movements of the seat back. The actuating means functions in such a manner that when the seatback is forwardly tilted at a predetermined angle, the seat locking means is disengaged thus causing automatic forward movement of the movable support member to permit easy ingress and egress of the rearseat passengers and when the seatback is backward tilted to its normal position while forcing the seat cushion backward, the movable support member is moved backward against the force generated by the biasing means and is finally locked in its initially set position which is memorized by the seat position memorizing means.

摘要: A blended powder including a first powder containing an R2T14B phase as a main phase, and a second powder containing an R2T17 phase at 25 wt % or more of the whole is prepared. Herein, R is at least one element selected from the group consisting of all rare-earth elements and Y (yttrium), T is at least one element selected from the group consisting of all transition elements, and Q is at least one element selected from the group consisting of B (boron) and C (carbon). The blended powder is sintered, so as to manufacture a permanent magnet having a structure in which a rare-earth element included in the second powder is concentrated in a grain surgace region of a main phase.

摘要: An electrically remote-controlled mirror assembly having a pair of plungers driven by first and second motors for tilting the mirror about the horizontal and vertical axes, respectively, and for quick-rear-viewing, there is provided a mirror driving mechanism by which the mirror can be tilted further through a predetermined angle beyond the predetermined range of angulation for the normal car moving to an angular position suitable for viewing the rear wheel of the car and thereafter returned to its initial predetermined angular position. The mirror driving mechanism comprises a nut member which axially guides at least one of the plungers, a rotary member having a drive shaft slidable with respect to but blocked against pivoting relative to the plunger and which is intended to move the plunger forward and backward for the purpose of the quick-rear-viewing, and a third motor to rotate the rotary member, and an electrical control means responsive to the rotation of the rotary member to control the stopping and rotational direction of the third motor. The electrical control means is composed of an electrically conductive ball so disposed as to roll on a predetermined track, and two pairs of electric contacts, one of the pair being disposed at a first position corresponding to one end of the rolling track of the ball and the other pair being disposed at a second position corresponding to the other end of the rolling track.

摘要: An improved electrical remote-control mirror assembly in which a externally threaded plunger (54) installed to a mirror body (3) is moved by a motor (102) to adjust the support angle of a mirror (4) secured to the mirror body. In addition to the drive system using the motor (102), another motor (103) is provided which operates independently of the motor (102) to quickly rotate the externally threaded plunger (52) forwardly and reversely. Thus, the mirror assembly according to the present invention is imparted the conventional function to adjust the mirror angle and a function to quickly tilt the mirror by means of the independent driving means. The above-mentioned independently driving means permits to quickly tilt down the mirror body for viewing the reflected image of the car rear wheel and also to quickly return the mirror body (3) to the initial position thereof.

摘要: The electrically remote-controlled type mirror assembly has a pair of plungers to tilt the mirror body supporting the mirror horizontally and vertically, respectively, within certain pivoting angles. The mirror assembly has a sliding mechanism including another motor to axially slide at least one of these plungers beyond said certain pivoting angles of the mirror body. The sliding mechanism is so arranged as to have no influence on the adjustment of the mirror angle within the certain pivoting angles of the mirror body. Thus, the mirror posture can be changed quickly from the mirror angle adjusted within the certain pivoting angle for ordinary car driving to the mirror angle with which the mirror is tilted further downward, and also the initially adjusted mirror angle can be restored accurately.

摘要: The present invention provides a rare-earth sintered magnet exhibiting desirable magnetic properties in which the amount of Nd and/or Pr forming a non-magnetic phase in a grain boundary phase is reduced. Specifically, the present invention provides a rare-earth sintered magnet having a composition of (R1x+R2y)T100-x-y-zQz where R1 is at least one element selected from the group consisting of all rare-earth elements excluding La (lanthanum), Y (yttrium) and Sc (scandium); R2 is at least one element selected from the group consisting of La, Y and Sc; T is at least one element selected from the group consisting of all transition elements; Q is at least one element selected from the group consisting of B and C, and including, as a main phase, a crystal grain of an Nd2Fe14B crystalline structure, wherein: molar fractions x, y and z satisfy 8≦x≦18 at %, 0.1≦y≦3.5 at % and 3≦z≦20 at %, respectively; and a concentration of R2 is higher in at least a part of a grain boundary phase than in the main phase crystal grains.
