    摘要： The present invention relates to an ophthalmologic knife for being guided into an incision formed at an eyeball and for widening the width of the incision, the ophthalmologic knife comprising a handle and a blade portion having a flat shape formed at a end portion of the handle. The blade portion is formed with cutting edges arranged on both sides in a narrowing manner toward a front tip of the blade portion, and the front tip of the blade portion is formed with a guide portion arranged between the two cutting edges for guiding the blade portion into the incision formed at the eyeball.

A secondary cutting blade angle is formed by the pair of secondary cutting blades ranging from 35 to 105 degrees, and a primary cutting blade angle is formed by an imaginary intersecting point between the pair of primary cutting blades ranging from 15 degrees to 35 degrees.

    摘要： A surgical stapler has a body capable of containing a plurality of staples in an aligned state; a ram provided inside the body, having a central concave portion and pressure armatures on both sides of the concave portion; an anvil that, when the armatures of the ram contact both sides of a crown of a staple, forces the center of the crown into the concave portion of the ram; and a trigger rotatably supported on the body so as to cause relative movement between the ram and the anvil. The trigger as a moving member and the body as another member strike each other so as to produce a sound and/or a vibration indicating that a staple sandwiched between the ram and the anvil is bent by the advance of the anvil into the concave portion of the ram and bending of the staple is completed.

    摘要： A method for producing a surgical knife of a very small size for use in ophthalmic surgery under a microscopic environment having a sharp edge without causing reflection of lights. The surgical knife comprises a handle, and a blade attached to the handle. The blade has a sharp polished cutting edge, a rough machined surface provided inside of the cutting edge having a relatively rough surface area, and an inner flat area. An anti-reflection treatment is provided on an upper and lower surfaces of the blade except for the cutting edge, thereby prohibiting reflection or emission of lights from the knife.

    摘要： A medical knife has a cutting edge formed along the outer edge of a blade portion, and the thickness of the lower portion located under a boundary acting as a surface including the cutting edge is made thinner than that of an upper portion located on the boundary, or a lower surface is composed of the surface including the cutting edge. The surface of the upper portion on the above surface including the cutting edge is composed of a first slanting surface constituting the cutting edge, a second reflecting surface, and a flat surface composed of a non-reflecting surface as well as the lower portion has a lower slanting surface 10 and a lower flat surface 11 each composed of a reflecting surface. With the above arrangement, the medical knife can reduce the amount of reflected light when an operation such as an ophthalmic operation is executed under a microscope.
