摘要: A catalyst for gas-phase oxidation of 1,2,4,5-tetraalkylbenzene to prepare benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic dianhydride, a preparation method for and an application of the catalyst, and a preparation method for benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic dianhydride are disclosed. The catalyst according to the present invention comprises a carrier and a catalytically active component coating attached to the carrier; the catalytically active component coating comprises a first coating and a second coating; the first coating is close to the surface of the carrier, and the second coating is distant from the surface of the carrier; in the first coating, the mass ratio of a titanium element denoted by Ti to a vanadium element denoted by V is Ti/V1; in the second coating, the mass ratio of the titanium element denoted by Ti to the vanadium element denoted by V is Ti/V2, wherein Ti/V2=Ti/V1+ΔTi/V, and ΔTi/V is within a range of 3 to 9.

摘要: An Aluminum nitride ceramic and preparation method thereof. The aluminum nitride ceramic comprises a porous aluminum nitride matrix. A ferrite is loaded on the pore surface of the porous aluminum nitride matrix; and nano nickel particles are loaded on the surface of the ferrite. The preparation method of the aluminum nitride ceramic comprises steps: sintering the aluminum nitride ceramic by pressureless sintering method, depositing the ferrite on pore surface of porous aluminum nitride matrix by hydrothermal method, and loading nano nickel particles on the surface of the ferrite by reduction method. A micro-reactor is provided. So that the technical problems: the preheating time of the micro-reactor prepared is too long, nickel particles fall off from the surface of matrix, and nano nickel particles grow up due to quick and direct temperature rise can be solved.

摘要: The present invention relates to carbon fiber composites and a method for producing the same. By reducing specific transition metal ions with a specific concentration, the method for producing the carbon fiber composites can form nanoparticles of a transition metal on an outer surface of a titanium dioxide layer encapsulating a carbon fiber to produce the carbon fiber composites. The nanoparticles of the transition metal directionally contact the titanium dioxide layer, so that the carbon fiber composites have synergistically photocatalytic activity.

摘要: The present invention relates to a catalyst for aromatization of alkanes having 4 to 7 carbon atoms, especially alkanes having carbon atoms. Said catalyst has the efficacy in the aromatics production with high conversion and high selectivity of aromatics or high yield of aromatics, wherein said catalyst comprises zeolite, at least 1 transition metal from group VIII transition metal in a range of 0.1 to 2% by weight based on the total weight of the catalyst, and at least 1 metal from group IIIA metal in a range of 0.1 to 5% by weight based on the total weight of the catalyst. Said catalyst is treated and dried with a microwave at a power in a range from 400 to 1,000 watts after step of contacting with a solution comprising at least 1 transition metal salt from group VIII transition metal and after step of contacting with a solution comprising at least 1 group IIIA metal salt. Moreover, this invention also relates to a process for preparing said catalyst and a process of aromatics preparation using said catalyst.

摘要: A method of producing a catalytically active product (10) is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of depositing a thermite or thermate composition (28) on a substrate, heating the substrate (11) with the composition (28) to initiate a thermite reaction to adhere a layer of a first metal (27) to the substrate, removing an oxide of a second metal (29) and forming a rough surface of the layer of the first metal. Then, a ceramic material is deposited on the rough surface of the first metal (27) to form a ceramic layer (14) thereon, which is provided with a catalytically active material (16). Disclosed is also a catalytically active product (10) and a reactor (22) comprising a plurality of stacked sheets of the catalytically active product (10).
