摘要: Provided is a connection terminal 11 including a terminal body 12 and a movable contact 13 having a pair of spring portions 42a and 42b extending in the same direction from the both sides of a contact tab 43, wherein the end portions of the spring portions 42a and 42b of the movable contact 13 are fixed to the terminal body 12, the contact tab 43 at the tip end of the movable contact 13 is conductively connected to the other terminal to be connected by being pushed to the terminal, and the movable contact 13 is formed in a process in which a metal plate is blanked to form a pair of spring portions 42a and 42b having a wavy shape in planar view at both sides of a central portion of the plate which will be the contact tab 43, and the portion of the plate is folded in the same direction as a boundary so that the spring portions 42a and 42b extend in parallel from the both sides of the contact tab 43 including the portion of the plate.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a female terminal for preventing an inserting segment from separating from one inner wall of a tube, and a connector utilizing the same. The female terminal has an electrical contacting portion and a projection. The electrical contacting portion has the tube accepting the inserting segment of a mating male terminal and a spring piece to be electrically connected with the inserting segment. The spring piece urges the inserting segment against the one inner wall of the tube and sandwiches the inserting segment with the one inner wall. A projection inwardly extends from another inner wall of the tube. The projection abuts on the inserting segment when the inserted segment separates from the one inner wall in a direction perpendicular to an inserting direction of the inserting segment so as to regulate the inserting segment to separate from the one inner wall.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a female terminal for preventing an inserting segment from separating from one inner wall of a tube, and a connector utilizing the same. The female terminal has an electrical contacting portion and a projection. The electrical contacting portion has the tube accepting the inserting segment of a mating male terminal and a spring piece to be electrically connected with the inserting segment. 摘要: A lever type connector comprises a first connector housing; a second connector housing including a projection; and a lever pivotally engaged with the first connector housing and including two arm plates and an interconnecting bar which connects the two arm plates. The each arm plate comprises a provisional-retaining projection projecting from the arm plate toward the other arm plate, which abuts to the projection and causes to deform the arm plate so that the arm plate recedes to the other arm plate when the projection is inserted into the cam groove; and a cancellation lever extending from an edge of the arm plate and positioned at a counter side of the inlet with respect to the pivotal support, which cause to deform the arm plate so that the arm plate recedes to the other arm plate when the cancellation lever is pressed to come close to the other cancellation lever.

摘要: When a male connector housing 30 is inserted into a proximal end portion of an inner surface 37 of a fitting tubular portion 33, a distal end 45 of an outer surface 41 of the male connector housing 30 is brought into abutting engagement with a plurality of first shaking prevention portions 25 formed at the proximal end portion of this inner surface 37. At this time, a distal end 46 of an inner surface 37 of the fitting tubular portion 33 is also brought into abutting engagement with a plurality of second shaking prevention portions 26 formed at a proximal end portion of the outer surface 41 of the male connector housing 30. Thereafter, a force slightly larger than the insertion force applied so far is applied to the connector, so that press-fitted conditions are formed respectively at the first shaking prevention portions 25 and the second shaking prevention portions 26.

摘要: A locking member is inserted into a cavity portion in a housing, and the side walls of the locking member are used to constitute part of the outer wall of the terminal accommodating chamber. On the inner surfaces of first locking projections respectively provided on the one-end-face sides of the present two side walls, there are projectingly provided guide ribs so as to extend in parallel to the insertion direction of a connecting terminal. When inserting the connecting terminal into the terminal accommodating chamber, even in case where the connecting terminal is inserted in an inclined manner, the connecting terminal is guided by the guide ribs and the inclination thereof is corrected by the guide ribs, whereby the connecting terminal can be inserted smoothly and the leading end of the connecting terminal is prevented from interfering with the terminal accommodating chamber, the locking member, first locking projections.

This facilitates production of a waterproof connector with a smaller number of parts.
