    摘要: A shielded connector assembly has first and second housings (11, 31). The first housing (11) has a fitting space (17) formed with coupling ribs (16). A shielding shell (26) is in the fitting space (17) and has slits (27) that receive the coupling ribs (16). A preventing groove (29) is formed in a peripheral surface of a fitting space (17) and receives a projection (37) of the second housing (31) when the housings (11, 31) are connected properly. The preventing groove (29) is aligned with the slit (27) so that the slit (27) also receives the projection (37). Thus, it is unnecessary to form a separate notch to receive the projection (37).

    摘要: To effect water-proofing using a non-water-proof type of female connector, a non-water-proof female connector (20) is fitted with a concave fitting member (12) of a male connector (10), a cover assembly (30) fitting with both the female connector (20) and the concave fitting member (12). The cover assembly (30) is provided with a ring-shaped seal (40) which fits tightly with the rim of the circumference of the fitting member (12), thereby sealing the portions of the two connectors (10) and (20) that fit together. A gel seal (45) is compressed between the cover assembly (30) and the rear face of the female connector (20), this preventing water from entering via terminal attachment holes (21) on the rear face of the female connector (20).

    摘要: A reading device scans receipts, and transmits image data of the receipts to an analyzer. The analyzer receives the image data, extracts images of the receipts from the image data; counts a number of the images; executes a character recognition process to obtain text data; transmits, to the display device, a number of all of the images, and sequentially transmits, to the display device, the images for which the character recognition process has been completed, together with the text data. The display device sequentially displays each image, together with the text data; and upon detecting that the number of all of the images matches a number of the sequentially transmitted images, receives a command to report to the analyzer that the reception the images is completed.

The depth of the accommodation portion (42) is larger near the entrance of the cam groove (33) so that the jaw (65) initially is accommodated loosely. However the depth of the accommodating portion (42) is smaller towards the back of the cam groove (33) to prevent loose movements.

    摘要: A watertight connector with improved sealability is provided. The connector has a housing 1 with a mount hole 13 formed at the rear end of the housing 1 a one-piece watertight rubber plug 15 and a gel plate 20 made of silicone gel 20A are fitted into the mount hole 13. The gel plate 20 is compressed by mounting a cover 22. A female terminal fitting 3 connected with an end of a wire 8 penetrates the gel plate 20 after passing through an insertion hole 23 of the cover 22, and is further inserted into a corresponding cavity 2 while forcibly widening a through hole 16 of the rubber plug 15. When the female terminal fitting 3 is properly inserted, lips 17 of the through hole 16 are in close contact with the outer surface of the wire 8. Edges of a connection portion 4 and a stabilizer 6 may damage the lips 17 while the female terminal fitting 3 passes through the through hole 16 of the rubber plug 15. If it occurs, the silicone gel 20A pushed out of the gel plate 20 enters damaged portions to fill them out.

    摘要: A connector with an elastic locking portion is formed to avoid exerting tension on a wire when the connector is disengaged from its mating connector. The elastic locking portion 28 is elastically deformable upward and downward on the top surface of a connector 20, and a pulling portion 34 projects at the rear side of the elastic locking portion 28. When the connector 20 connected with a mating connector is to be disengaged therefrom, the connectors are pulled in detaching directions while the elastic locking portion 28 is pressed. Since the connector 20 can be pulled by maneuvering the pulling portion 34 at this time, no tension is forcibly exerted on a wire.
