摘要： A container apparatus is deployable from a substantially flat, collapsed configuration to a substantially rectangular-bottomed configuration. The container apparatus includes a front panel, a back panel, a first gusseted side panel, and a second gusseted side panel. Each panel has a first transverse score line forming a peripheral edge of the substantially rectangular bottom upon the deployment of the container apparatus. This first transverse score line is scored in a first direction, extending substantially from the front panel towards the back panel of the container apparatus. Each panel further includes a second transverse score line substantially congruent with the first transverse score line. This second transverse score line is scored in a second direction, extending substantially from the back panel towards the front panel of the container apparatus. This congruence of the first and second transverse score lines serves to facilitate deployment of the container apparatus from its substantially flat, collapsed configuration to its substantially rectangular-bottomed configuration.

摘要： A cooking apparatus and process for cooking food therewithin, wherein the apparatus facilitates cooking of various types of food in cooking containers, in which at least minimal agitation of the food to be cooked is desired, and wherein the food, as well as the apparatus may be expandable during the cooking process. A food containment region is provided for acceptance of the food to be cooked prior to operably sealing the cooking container. Container positioning portions are operably associated with at least a section of the cooking container so as to temporarily maintain the cooking container in a vertically supported orientation after insertion of the apparatus within an oven. The container positioning portions change position relative to the cooking container after a predetermined period of exposure to heat and cooking generated from the oven so as to cause gravitational movement of the cooking container from its vertically supported orientation to a fallen orientation, wherein such falling causes agitation to the food containment region for enhanced cooking uniformity and quality.

摘要： A sealable square bottom container apparatus comprising one or more plies of sheet material. The square bottom of the container apparatus includes a continuous ring of sealable adhesive to form a substantially sift-proof bottom panel after articulation and sealing of the bottom of the container apparatus. Such a continuous ring forms a positive seal towards preventing the inadvertent migration or seepage of articles from within said container apparatus, particularly articles such as oils, steam, fluids and fine powder materials--without the need for an additional patch, sealing pastes or preliminary welds applied to the bottom of the container apparatus. Alternative adhesives such as heat sealable adhesives, cohesives and other suitable adhesives may be positioned in a pattern along the interior and exterior of the container bag to create either an adhesive to adhesive bond or an adhesive to bag material bond; to effectuate such a continuously sealed periphery without such additional bottom panel sealing pastes, patches or preliminary welds.
