    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a mold for nanoimprinting and a method of manufacturing a mold for nanoimprinting are provided. The manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method of the invention suppress metal elution into the electrolytic solution during the anodic oxidation treatment.
