摘要: A rotating electric machine including an edgewise coil formed of a rectangular wire is efficiently cooled. The edgewise coil is formed by winding the rectangular wire around a tooth. In order to wind the rectangular wire around the tooth of rectangular shape, supporting portions determining the position of the edgewise coil relative to the tooth are provided. A coolant flows through a cooling water channel provided between the tooth and the edgewise coil formed of the rectangular wire and positioned by the supporting portions.

摘要: A rotating electrical machine (100) is driven by a three-phase AC current and is provided with a stator core (13), a molded resin (12) for covering a coil wound on the stator core, a rotor core (40), a shaft (11) provided to the rotor core (40), a terminal base (20) provided to a coil end section, and a case (30) for covering the rotating electrical machine (100). Power cables extending from the terminal base (20) are led out of the case (30) through a case terminal box (31). A temperature sensor (22) is affixed in a hole in the molded resin (12) by the terminal base (20) and measures the temperature in the vicinity of a heat producing source.

摘要: A cooling structure for a stator includes: a stator core; a stator coil that is wound on the stator core and includes a coil end formed on an end surface of the stator core in an axial direction of the stator core; a ring member provided on an outer periphery of the stator core; a case that houses the ring member and the stator core on which the stator coil is wound. In the cooling structure, a cooling medium is supplied between an outer peripheral surface of the ring member and an inner peripheral surface of the case, and the ring member includes at least one opening through which the cooling medium is supplied to the coil end from radially outside of the coil end.

摘要: A motor-generator which is a rotating electrical machine is provided with a coil end cover and a plurality of connecting wires. The coil end cover forms a cooling oil passage around a coil end portion and a cooling oil passage around a coil end portion, and a cooling oil communicating passage that communicates the cooling oil passage with the cooling oil passage on the inside of the stator core. The plurality of connecting wires are provided in the cooling oil passage. The direction in which the cooling oil flows in the cooling oil passage is the same as the direction in which the connecting wires extend at an angle from the radial outside to the radial inside of the stator core. The flowrate of cooling oil in the cooling oil passage is set larger than the flowrate of cooling oil in the cooling oil passage.

摘要: A rotating electric machine is provided that includes a rotating portion including a rotating shaft, a housing enclosing at least a part of the rotating shaft, and a stator coil accommodated in the housing. A static coolant supply portion supplies coolant to the stator coil from the outside of the stator coil in a radial direction of the rotating shaft. A rotating coolant supply portion supplies coolant to the stator coil from the inside of the stator coil in the radial direction of the rotating shaft. A guide portion is provided in the housing and extends toward the inner surface of the stator coil in the radial direction of the rotating shaft. The guide portion has a through hole through which coolant flows.
