    摘要: A stator core is fixed by a centering jig, and in this state, a fixing hole is formed in a flange portion provided on a fastening ring for the stator core, using a central position as a reference for positioning, by drilling with a drill. The fixing hole is opened to be located at a distance relative to the central position. In a plan view, the fixing hole is opened at a predetermined central angle interval (for example, intervals of 120°) relative to the central position.

    摘要: A motor-generator which is a rotating electrical machine is provided with a coil end cover and a plurality of connecting wires. The coil end cover forms a cooling oil passage around a coil end portion and a cooling oil passage around a coil end portion, and a cooling oil communicating passage that communicates the cooling oil passage with the cooling oil passage on the inside of the stator core. The plurality of connecting wires are provided in the cooling oil passage. The direction in which the cooling oil flows in the cooling oil passage is the same as the direction in which the connecting wires extend at an angle from the radial outside to the radial inside of the stator core. The flowrate of cooling oil in the cooling oil passage is set larger than the flowrate of cooling oil in the cooling oil passage.

    摘要: An insulating member is provided with a rear surface section, a pair of side surface sections and a pair of column sections. The rear surface section is formed to be arranged between an edgewise coil and the yoke inner circumference surface of a stator core. The pair of side surface sections extend from the rear surface section to cover the side surfaces on the slot side of teeth and are formed flexibly in the facing directions. The pair of column sections extend from the rear surface section along the end surfaces on the coil end side of the teeth, while keeping spaces between the column sections and the side surface sections so as not to disturb deformation of the side surface sections.

A guide portion is provided in the housing and extends toward the inner surface of the stator coil in the radial direction of the rotating shaft. The guide portion has a through hole through which coolant flows.
