    摘要: The method for calculating rotational torque between inner and outer rings of a four point contact ball bearing assembly includes an individual torque calculation step for calculating the rotational torque for each of rolling elements and a total sum calculation step for determining the rotational torque. In the individual torque calculation step, data on a contact condition representative of the extent of approximation to the two point contact state or four point contact state is used. For the contact condition data, the four point contact ratio Cf, which is the ratio of surface pressure of one of respective maximum contact pressures P1 and P2 between two partial raceways in an inner ring or outer ring, which one is higher than the other of the maximum contact pressures P1 and P2, relative to a surface pressure of the other of the maximum contact pressures, is used.

    摘要: A sintered metal bearing includes: a sintered-metal bearing body formed of a metal different from a metal of a shaft and including a large number of inner pores; and a resin film formed on predetermined parts of a surface of the sintered-metal bearing body and forming a sliding surface. The resin film is formed so that surface openings communicating to the inner pores are kept opened, and resin-film parts adhere to a surface of the shaft. Further, a shaft member used for a sliding bearing unit is incorporated in a sintered-metal sliding bearing including copper mainly or copper and iron, the shaft member including a sliding surface. The shaft member includes: a metal shaft body; and a resin film formed on predetermined parts of a surface of the metal shaft body and forming the sliding surface. The resin film is made of a resin excellent in adhering properties.

The ceramic element includes a function part and lead parts thinner than the function part. Internal electrode layers are provided facing each other via a ceramic layer therebetween in the function part. The internal electrode layers are drawn out of the function part in the lead part. The external electrode includes an extended part and a curled part. The extended part is formed from the lead part through the function part on the main face. On the main face, the part of the extended part in the lead part is lower than the part of the function part. The curled part is formed from the end face of the ceramic element through the surface of the part of the extended part in the lead part on the main face.

In the step of forming the laminated body, the laminated body is press-bonded so that the main face of the lead part of the laminated body is positioned lower than the main face of the function part.
