    摘要: A cross-linked polymer is recycled by decomposing a C—C bond by an oxidative decomposition reaction using a nitrogen oxide in a supercritical carbon dioxide. A reaction temperature, a pressure and a reaction time are controlled such that a nitrogen oxide is sorbed at a branch point of a C—C bond of the cross-linked polymer. As a result, the branch point of the C—C bond is preferentially oxidized to cleave the C—C bond.

    摘要: A PWM signal generator comprises a pulse width indication signal generator outputting a pulse width indication signal, and a pulse width adjustment portion receiving the pulse width indication signal. The pulse width adjustment portion outputs an adjusted pulse width data which corresponds to the pulse width indication signal when the pulse width indicated by the pulse width indication signal is equal to or wider than a predetermined width. The pulse width adjustment portion accumulates the pulse width indicated by the pulse width indication signal when the pulse width indicated by the pulse width indication signal is narrower than the predetermined width. The pulse width adjustment portion outputs the adjusted pulse width data which corresponds to a sum data of the pulse width accumulated in the pulse width adjustment portion when the sum of the pulse width becomes equal to or wider than the predetermined width.

    摘要: The object of the present invention resides in providing a method and instrument of polymer processing treatment, wherein a sudden pressure change due to expansion by gasification of a reactant when it is exhausted from a reacting extruder is given in a little amount to a molding machine for a treated substance, and a change in the amount of the material supplied to the molding machine and a variation in molding are little, and hence continuous and uniform molding is possible. That is, the method of the present invention resides in a method of polymer processing treatment, which includes the steps of: reacting a polymer with a reactant under mixing and stirring at a high temperature and a high pressure in the inside of a reacting extruder to produce the treated substance; introducing said treated substance and a remaining reactant into a reactant-separation tank to separate the treated substance and the reactant; and molding the separated treated substance.
