摘要： An electric charge recording/reproducing apparatus for focusing an electromagnetic radiation ray containing a recording object information signal onto a photoconductive layer member (PCL) in an electric charge image recording medium (D) comprising a laminate of at least an electric charge retention layer, member (CHL), photoconductive layer member (PCL) and a first electrode (E) using an objective lens (318) which is driven and displaced in an optical axis direction by an actuator (ACT) of an automatic focusing system; and to integratedly connect and fix a moving electrode (Em) onto the objective lens (318), the moving electrode (Em) being intended to generate an electric field for positioning the electric charge image recording medium (D) in the electric field of a predetermined electric field intensity, towards the electrode in, the electric charge image recording medium (D). The electric charge image recording medium (D) composed of a laminate of at least a first electrode (E), a photoconductive layer member (PCL), an optical modulation layer member (PML) and an electric charge retention layer member (CHL), the electric charge recording medium comprising said electric charge retention layer member (CHL) provided with an electric charge image pattern for tracking control recorded and formed.

摘要： A cartridge for a printer system for storing a paper and an ink film comprises an ink film storing part provided at a front side of the cartridge for holding a first roll of ink film and a second roll of ink film immediately behind the first roll so that the ink film is wound between the first and second rolls continuously and a paper storing part behind the ink film storing part for storing the paper therein as a form of a paper stack. The ink film storing part has a first opening on a first side of the cartridge so as to allow taking out of the first roll of ink film from the cartridge through the first opening, and the paper storing part has a second opening on a second side of the cartridge relative to the direction of insertion of the cartridge into the printer which is opposite to the first side so as to allow feeding of the paper from the cartridge through the second opening.

摘要： A method of electrophotographic printing is disclosed. A recording medium comprising a photoconductive member and photo-modulation member laminated to each other, both exhibiting a photoelectric effect and a sensitized member made of a chargeable photoconductive member are arranged so as to face each other. A first electro-magnetic radiation beam (abbreviated in a beam hereinafter) which is intensity-modulated with data to be recorded is radiated to the recording medium at the photoconductive member side thereof to record the data to the photo-modulation member with the photoelectric effect. A second beam of constant intensity is radiated to the recording medium to emit therefrom a third beam exhibiting intensity variation subjected to the recorded data. The sensitized member is exposed with the third beam to form thereon a charge image corresponding to the recorded data. Toner is stacked onto the sensitized member formed with the charge image to form thereon a toner image. The toner image is then transferred onto a printing paper, thus to perform repeated printing utilizing the data once recorded to the recording medium.

摘要： A thermal imprint recording apparatus for recording an image on a paper by a thermal head uses a cartridge of recording paper on which a roll of ink film for supplying the ink film and another roll on which the ink film is taken up are carried. The apparatus comprises an arm adapted to engage with one of the rolls when the cartridge is loaded on the apparatus. Responsive to the loading, the arm is swung upwards and the roll is lifted from the cartriddge. The roll is then carried over a platen roller of the printer and the ink film is drawn out so as to engage with the upper surface of the platen roller. Further, the paper is taken out from the bottom of the cartridge and is transported along a path passing below the platen roller to a predetermined printing station located between the platen roller and the ink film. As a result, the path for feeding the paper on the platen roller becomes short and the circuitous path for supplying the paper to the platen roller around the rolls of ink film and a thermal head is eliminated and thus the apparatus can be constructed compactly.
