摘要： Here is disclosed an open-type disposable wearing article composed of a front waist region, a rear waist region and a crotch region extending between these waist regions wherein tape fasteners used to connect the front and rear waist to each other are attached to side flaps in the rear waist region and each of the side flaps has a first zone adapted to cover a surface facing a wearer's body of the fixed end portion of the associated tape fastener and a second zone defined by the side flap except for the first zone and wherein the first zone has a basis weight higher than that of the second zone.

摘要： An interior body of a disposable diaper includes a liquid-permeable front sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet and a liquid-retaining absorbent core. The front sheet has a single sheet including spunbond layers on the front side and back side and a melt blown layer between the spunbond layers. The absorbent core has fiber aggregates and super-absorbent polymer particles. The front sheet is directly bonded to the skin side surface of the absorbent core. The length of the front sheet is longer than the length of the absorbent core, so that the front sheet has extended sections which extend outward in the lengthwise direction from both ends of the absorbent core in the lengthwise direction, while the extended sections are each continuously connected in the transverse direction with the front sheet or back sheet which overlaps with the extended section. The extended sections can directly contact the skin of the wearer.

摘要： A disposable pull-on diaper having a central inelastic region in at least one of a front waist region and a rear waist region, and a method for manufacturing the same. Front and rear waist regions of a disposable pull-on diaper are respectively of an elastically non-stretchable exterior sheet and elastically stretchable interior sheets. In lateral elastic regions of this waist region, the interior sheets are attached under tension to an interior surface of the exterior sheet and, in a central inelastic region, the interior sheets are spaced apart from each other in a transverse direction and regions of the interior sheets are in an elastically contracted and relaxed state in vicinities of the lateral elastic regions.

A first absorbent panel is covered with the topsheet and lies on the side of a front waist region. A second absorbent panel is interposed between the topsheet and chassis and continuously lies in a crotch region and a rear waist region. The first absorbent panel has a proximal end extending close to one of end flaps in a transverse direction and a first distal end supposed, along its transversely opposite side edges, to distal side edges of respective leakage-barrier cuffs so that an excrement receiving pocket adapted to open from the front waist region toward a crotch region is defined between the chassis and the first distal end of the first absorbent panel.

摘要： A disposable diaper includes barrier cuffs around wearer's legs. Each of the barrier cuffs longitudinally extends on an inner surface of the disposable diaper and includes a supporting wall section adapted to rise on the inner surface of the diaper and a sealing surface zone which includes a first overhead section extending inwards from the supporting wall section and a second overhead section extending outwards from the supporting wall section. A first elastic member extending along an inner edge of the sealing surface zone in operative association with the first overhead section has an elongation stress higher than that of a second elastic member extending along an outer edge of the sealing surface zone in operative association with the second overhead section. The barrier cuffs thus constructed provide a good fit around a wearer's legs to prevent body fluids from leaking.

The barrier flaps are made of a spun bond nonwoven fabric of wick/sleeve type conjugated fibers having a polyethylen sleeve component. The spun bond nonwoven fabric has a relative hardness of 40˜50 mm in an MD-direction, 20˜37 mm in a CD-direction as measured by the cantilever method and a basis weight of 15˜30 g/m2. The respective barrier flaps are provided in their sealing surface zones with elastic members secured under tension thereto.
