    摘要: A thin-film photovoltaic cell series structure is disposed on a display surface side of a display module and includes a transparent substrate, as well as a first single-junction cell and a second single-junction cell which are disposed on the transparent substrate and connected in series. The first single-junction cell includes a first front electrode, a first photovoltaic layer, and a first back electrode which are sequentially laminated and disposed on the transparent substrate, the second single-junction cell includes a second front electrode, a second photovoltaic layer, and a second back electrode which are sequentially laminated and disposed on the transparent substrate, and the first front electrode and the second back electrode are electrically connected through a metal auxiliary electrode to realize series connection of the first single-junction cell and the second single-junction cell.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The thin film solar cell includes a transparent substrate and a photovoltaic unit disposed on the transparent substrate and facing a display module. The photovoltaic unit includes a front electrode disposed on the transparent substrate, a light absorption layer disposed on the front electrode, and a back electrode disposed on the light absorption layer. The thin film solar cell further includes a metal auxiliary electrode and an insulating layer. The insulating layer covers the back electrode and the light absorption layer, and extends to be in contact connection with the front electrode. The metal auxiliary electrode is in contact connection with the front electrode, and extends onto the insulating layer. A taper angle is formed between a periphery of the insulating layer and the front electrode, and the taper angle ranges from 35° to 75°.

The disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal antenna.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method of a flat panel liquid crystal antenna, including the following steps: providing a first substrate, wherein the two sides of the first substrate are provided with a first metal film layer and a third metal film layer respectively; simultaneously patterning the metal film layer on the two sides to obtain a patterned first metal film layer and a patterned third metal film layer; providing a second substrate, wherein one side of the second substrate is provided with a second metal film layer; patterning the second metal film layer to obtain a patterned second metal film layer; and oppositely bonding the first substrate and the second substrate to form a liquid crystal cell, and preparing a liquid crystal layer. The present disclosure also provides a flat panel liquid crystal antenna by using the above method.
