    摘要: A method and device is disclosed for reducing noise in CMOS image sensors. An improved CMOS image sensor includes a light sensing structure surrounded by a support feature section. An active section of the light sensing structure is covered by no more than optically transparent materials. A light blocking portion includes a black light filter layer and an opaque layer covering the support feature section. The light blocking portion may also cover a peripheral portion of the light sensing structure. The method for forming the CMOS image sensors includes using film patterning and etching processes to selectively form the opaque layer where the light blocking portion is desired but not over the active section.

    摘要: A light guide device and a backlight module. The backlight module comprises a light guide device and a plurality of light sources. The light guide device comprises a housing, comprising a frame around the housing; and a light guide plate, integrated inside the frame and comprising a light-emitting surface on one side of the light guide plate inside the frame and a light-receiving surface on one edge of the light guide plate, wherein a plurality of slots are disposed between the light guide plate and the frame and on other edges different from the edge whereon the light-receiving surface is disposed, and each of a plurality of barriers is disposed on an inner side of the light guide plate while being adjacent to one of the plurality of slots. The barriers are capable of reflecting the light traveling toward the frame back to the backlight module to improve the light efficiency.

The power supply unit provides electricity to the electrical wheel unit. The electrical wheel unit is movable relative to the operation rod unit between a used position whereat a lower end of the electrical wheel unit is below that of the front wheels, and an unused position whereat the lower end of the electrical wheel unit is above that of the front wheels.

    摘要: A method for determining an operating voltage of floating point error detection is implemented by a central processing unit (CPU) and a south bridge chipset. The CPU has a first output port connected to a test port of the south bridge. The test port is used to determine an operating voltage of the CPU. If the operating voltage of the CPU is greater than a predetermined value, the first output port is floating. If the operating voltage of the CPU is smaller than the predetermined value, the first output port is grounded. The method includes using a power supply and a resistor to provide a bias voltage and for measuring a voltage of the test port to determine the operating voltage of the CPU.
