摘要: The treatment of cancer using platinum-based compounds includes certain drawbacks such as biocompatibility, loading efficacy, leakage of drugs during storage and in the bloodstream, more particularly due to the nature of the nanocarriers for platinum delivery. A nanosystem that allows improving platinum-based drug in vivo performance, kinetics and efficacy. In particular, nanoparticles useful as drug delivery system, these nanoparticles being formed from at least: (a) platinum-based drug, (b) poly-L-arginine, and (c) hyaluronic acid. Particularly, these nanoparticles have been tested in terms of entrapment efficiency and also carried out in vitro experiments in 2D cell culture (viability studies on B6KPC3, A549 and HT-29 cells) and 3D cell model (spheroids made of HTC-116) and in vivo experiments (by injecting intravenously to mice the nanoparticles or comparative oxaliplatin solution) to prove their efficiency.

摘要: A method for assessing the presence and/or the severity of a lesion in an organ or tissue of a subject through automated analysis of at least one image of the organ or tissue is provided. In particular, the organ or tissue is a liver organ or liver tissue. The method includes the calculation of a score that combines descriptors of the image, and includes the steps of: a) measuring on the image at least two descriptors of the image, b) mathematically combining the descriptors in a score; and c) assessing the presence and/or the severity of a lesion in the organ or tissue based on the value of the score calculated at step b).

摘要: Insecticide composition wherein the active ingredient comprises the combination of a neonicotinoid insecticide, thiamethoxam as synthetic insecticide molecule, and at least one synergistic agent, which is chosen among the insect repellent agents such as DEET and/or IR3535® and present at a molar ratio of said synergistic agent to thiamethoxam comprised between O.OOI and 0.2 in the composition. Synergistic effect is observed at low doses. Use of the insecticide composition wherein said composition is sprayed or deposited on, or impregnated to a support, such as net, fabrics, cloth or tent, in the fight against insects which are harmful to human, to animals and/or to crops, and in particular against pyrethroid, carbanate and/or organophosphate resistant mosquitoes.
