Abstract:
The invention proposes an air conditioning system for motor vehicles which is fitted with an injection computer and an electronic control device. The system comprises a first measuring member suitable for supplying a value relating to the pressure of the fluid at a first point in the air conditioning circuit which is situated between the outlet of the expansion member and the outlet of the evaporator, and a second measuring member suitable for supplying a value relating to the pressure of the fluid at a second point in the air conditioning circuit which is situated at the inlet to the compressor. The electronic control device makes use of the solution of an equation which relates the mass flow rate of the refrigerant fluid to the difference in pressure between the first point and the second point in order to calculate an estimate of a magnitude relating to the refrigerant fluid.
Abstract:
A complex film containing at least one functional material making it possible to modify the optical properties of the film between a first, transparent state and a second, reflecting state is deposited on at least some of the interior fittings of the passenger compartment of a motor-vehicle, which makes it possible to isolate the fittings covered over with the film from solar radiation in hot weather. The change of state is controlled electrically. The film can preferably be put into a third, opaque state, which makes it possible to accentuate the heating-up of the fittings under the effect of solar radiation in cold weather.
Abstract:
During the actuation of the flap, the drive frequency of the stepper motor is reduced as a function of the requirements for torque delivered by the motor in order to shift the flap. To that end, information is continuously gathered representing the requirements for torque delivered by the motor in order to shift the flap, the drive frequency is reduced, if appropriate, in response to a detected increase in the torque requirements and, when the drive frequency is below a predetermined maximum frequency, the drive frequency is increased, if appropriate, in response to a detected reduction in the torque requirements. In that way, the power of the actuators can be limited while coping with momentary peaks in torque requirements.
Abstract:
The bundle is inserted into a channel-shaped elongate shell (2) through a longitudinal entry aperture (4) the width of which, at rest, is less than the diameter of the bundle and can be increased by elastic deformation of the shell, the latter itself being inserted into an elongate housing (7) provided in the support, through a longitudinal entry aperture (8) the width of which is less than the outside diameter of the shell at rest. Application to the electrical power supply to apparatus and/or to the transmission of electrical signals in a motor vehicle.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a tube for a heat exchanger through which a fluid flows, intended to promote heat exchange between an external medium and said fluid, formed by at least two plates 4, 5 connected to each other in order to define a circulation duct, the cross section of which is a cross section for passage of said fluid, said circulation duct having a fluid inlet orifice 13 and a fluid outlet orifice 14, wherein said tube comprises a means 12 for partially blocking the circulation duct intended to keep the passage cross section of said duct substantially constant between the inlet orifice 13 and the outlet orifice 14.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for delivering ventilation air to the front of the cabin (6) of a motor vehicle, this ventilation air being delivered by a delivery box (11) of a heating, ventilation and/or air-conditioning unit, said device comprising at least one ventilation pipe (9) supplying at least one air vent (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b) provided in the dashboard (1), said ventilation pipe (9) being formed in a delivery module (8) which runs transversely under the upper face (2) of the dashboard (1), and splitting downstream in the direction of flow of the ventilation air into at least one nullgentlenull ventilation pipe (13) which opens onto the, upper face (2) of the dashboard (1) via ventilation orifices (14) of large cross section and into at least one nullforcednull ventilation pipe (15) which supplies at least one air vent (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b) of small cross section arranged on the dashboard (1) facing the cabin (6). At least one air distribution shutter (21) is provided at the junction between the three pipes (9, 13, 15.
Abstract:
A flap to be identified is caused to move over the whole of its angular range of travel. The number of motor steps is counted during this movement, and the number of steps counted is compared with at least one pre-recorded information item corresponding to a particular flap or type of flap. The method is applicable to the checking of the correct fitting of actuator housings in an air-conditioning installation, or to the allocation of addresses to actuators connected to an information bus.
Abstract:
A device for heating and/or air conditioning the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle comprising a first fan able to send a first air flow through a first part of a heating radiator and a second fan able to send a second air flow through a second part of this radiator, distribution shutters are provided for distributing the first and second air flows between a deicing outlet, a ventilation outlet and a feet-level outlet. The device can generate two independent air flows and send them to the top part and bottom part of the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
Abstract:
A voltage-regulation, protection and filtering assembly (20) is connected between a power-supply input and an energy output in order to deliver the same security-protected operating voltage to a number of elements (12a, 12b, 12c, 14, 16) via an energy bus (26) linked to the energy output. The assembly (20) advantageously further includes an information input for connection to a first information bus (24), an information output for connection to an information bus (26) specific to the said elements, and a monitoring circuit for transferring, on the specific information bus, the information relating to the said elements flowing on the first information bus, and conversely.
Abstract:
Part for supporting an item of equipment, comprising support ribs, and method of molding said part The support part has support ribs for holding an item of equipment, in particular an electric motor for a motor vehicle. A mold consisting of at least two cores is provided. These cores are brought toward one another in a direction (D) such that they are in contact with one another along a parting plane. The mold is filled with a moldable material and the cores are moved apart from one another in the given direction (D). The support ribs are provided on the molded part with an angle of inclination with respect to the given direction (D). The ribs follow the parting plane. A clearance is provided in the region of the parting plane between the cores in order to form the ribs during molding.
