摘要： The process comprises a stage of highlighting a plurality of light points of a free surface of the material contained in the silo, of detecting a position of each of the light points and obtaining electrical signals which are proportional to the detected position of each point, and processing the signals to obtain a virtual reproduction of the free surface of the material which when processed provide desired data. The device for realising the process comprises lasers, which project a laser beam towards the free surface of the material contained in the silo, an optical sensor which detects the position of the light points defined by each laser beam on the free surface, and a data processing system which processes the data relating to the position of the lasers, the inclination of the laser beams, and the detected positions of the light points in such a way as to construct a virtual free surface of the material.

摘要： A screw conveyor for loose material comprises a tubular casing having a first part which is axially rotatable on command with respect to a second part. The first part is provided with openings through which the material can be introduced into the casing. A screw, internal of and coaxial to the casing, can rotate on command about its own axis and thus convey the material. A helical conveyor device which is solid in rotation with said first part of the casing, conveys the material towards the openings in first part of the casing. There is a hollow jacket between the conveyor device and the second part of the casing, through which the material passes. The invention provides greater efficiency in collecting and removing loose material from a pile.

The device comprises a contrast element (9), predisposed at the outlet (5) for interacting contactingly with the product, which in a rest position thereof occupies at least a part of a mouth of the outlet (5) and which, under an effect of a pushing action of the product to be compacted, can elastically deform in order to increase a size of a free mouth of the outlet.

摘要： An apparatus and related method for the recovery and the pneumatic transportation of dust coming from a filtration system provided with a particulate collection hopper. The apparatus comprises: an intermediate chamber for the passage of the particulate towards the evacuation means; and shutting means for a bottom opening (AP1) of said hopper. The apparatus is characterized in that the shutting means comprise, in turn, a shutter moved according to an arrow (ARW) by the action of intermittent pressurized air that flows in a control conduit forming part of said shutting means. Furthermore, the evacuation means comprise elements, specifically a nozzle aligned with a Venturi, to produce a pressure drop in the intermediate chamber.
