Abstract:
A fuel tank isolation valve 10, wherein, the shaft 18 is assembled coaxially inside hole 42 of moving plunger 46 of seal sub assembly 16 and then flow limiter 22 is guided over the shaft 18 through guiding hole 34 to maintain sealing seat 36 in parallel with respect to the sealing surface 38 of rubber seal 44 and avoid misalignment of flow limiter 22 with respect to sealing surface 38 during and after the operation; the sealing seat 36 of flow limiter 22 on the sealing surface 38 of the rubber seal 44 fixed into moving plunger 46 of seal sub assembly 16 performs the over pressure relief function; the sealing surface 40 of rubber seal 44 fixed into moving plunger 46 of seal sub-assembly 16 is resting on surface 48 of nozzle body 20 to perform over vacuum relief function; and the rubber seal 44 assist both over pressure relief (OPR) and over vacuum relief (OVR) function.
Abstract:
Techniques are described herein for, among other things, selecting and/or modifying an ad based on an emotional state of a user. The user's emotional state is determined based on the user's online activity. Advertisement(s) are selected and/or modified for provision to the user based on the user's emotional state. An advertisement may be modified in any of a variety of ways. For example, a color that is included in an advertisement may be replaced with a different color. In another example, a color filter may be applied to the advertisement. In yet another example, visual attribute(s) of the advertisement may be modified. Examples of a visual attribute include, but are not limited to, hue, brightness, contrast, and saturation.
Abstract:
A method, a system and a computer program product for managing graphical user interface (GUI) objects in a testing environment. GUI objects in the testing environment are uniquely identified and the GUI objects have corresponding test objects. The uniquely identified GUI objects in the test environment are sorted in response to the pre-defined hierarchy of properties belonging to the set of properties and the pre-defined hierarchy of properties includes at least one spatial property.
Abstract:
The improved fuel tank isolation valve (100) with separate springs and path of over relief, comprising of fuel tank valve with a canister port (9) and a tank port (8), a seal sub assembly (5), a seal (3) for over pressure relief (OPR), a spring (1) for over vacuum relief (OVR), a spring (4) for over pressure relief (OPR), solenoid (10), moving core (11), wherein the improved fuel tank isolation valve (100) has a separate section or separate chamber (14) for the seal (3) for over pressure relief (OPR), the spring (1) and the spring (4) to meet the technical requirement of spring within less tolerances that also reduce rejection in production line and reduce magnetic force from solenoid (10) to open the path in refuelling condition which results in high accuracy and the seal sub assembly (5) includes a sealing (6) for refuelling function.
Abstract:
An agent in a multi-agent system is provided with a policy model that controls communication of the agent with other agents in the multi-agent system. The policy model is trained by using MARL. The policy model receives more messages from one or more other agents in the multi-agent system. The policy model generates a reward score based at least on a hidden state of the agent and the one or more messages. The reward score represents an aggregation of a value of sending the message for a task and a cost of sending the message. The policy model determines whether to send the message based on the reward score. After determining to send the message, the policy model generates the message based on the hidden state of the agent and the one or more messages and sends the message to one or more other agents in the multi-agent system.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a process for producing lipid nanoparticles encapsulating therapeutic products, said process comprising: a) providing one or more aqueous solutions in one or more reservoirs; b) providing one or more organic solutions in one or more reservoirs, wherein one or more of the organic solutions contains a lipid and wherein one or more of the aqueous solutions and/or one or more of the organic solutions includes therapeutic products; c) mixing said one or more aqueous solutions with said one or more organic solutions in a first mixing region, wherein said first mixing region is a Multi-Inlet Vortex Mixer (MIVM), wherein said one or more aqueous solutions and said one or more organic solutions are introduced tangentially into a mixing chamber within the MIVM so as to substantially instantaneously produce a lipid nanoparticle solution containing lipid nanoparticles encapsulating therapeutic products.

Abstract:
A net traffic optimization method provides for clients and servers to communicate with each other over a busy network. Each client process will make an Oracle database service request that is recognized by a listener process in the servers. As each database instance comes up, it generates a globally unique instance identifier (“UII”). Each UII remains valid as long as the database instance that generated it is running. The same UII identifier is given to every client needing a connection to that particular instance. Client processes can simultaneously or sequentially connect to database instances, and must never see the same UII being used to identify two different instances.
Abstract:
A computer implemented method for maintaining information security infrastructure of an entity, includes accessing a cascading classification schema comprising a plurality of levels of classifications indicative of critical security controls, identifying a plurality of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and assigning a plurality of respective KRI weight values, a plurality of respective first KRI threshold values, and a plurality of respective second KRI threshold values to the plurality of respective KRIs, assigning the plurality of KRIs to the lowest level of classification, defining a plurality of data points corresponding to the plurality of KRIs, determining a plurality of KRI score values corresponding to the plurality of respective KRIs by comparing a plurality of data values associated with the plurality of respective data points, with the plurality of first KRI threshold values and the plurality of second KRI threshold values, and determining a cascading schema of aggregate scores.
