摘要: A device for treating disease along a main vessel and at least one branch vessel extending from the main vessel includes a branch member for deployment in the branch vessel, the branch member having a branch lumen; and a main body for deployment in the main vessel. The main body has a generally tubular wall extending generally longitudinally between opposite first and second ends. The wall has an internal surface defining a main lumen and an opposite outer surface. The wall has a recessed portion that is recessed relative to the outer surface of the wall and positioned between the first and second ends of the main body. The main body has an opening formed in the recessed portion of the wall for receiving the branch member therethrough such that the branch lumen is in fluid communication with the main lumen.

摘要: Glaucoma treatment devices are disclosed. In various example, the glaucoma treatment devices include multiple microporous layers arranged together to form a microporous body configured to help facilitate evacuation of fluid from a fluid-filled body cavity, and reabsorption of the evacuated aqueous humor by the body through tissue surrounding the glaucoma treatment device. In some examples, the glaucoma treatment device includes one or more portions configured to resist cellular ingrowth, and one or more portions configured to permit cellular ingrowth.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for monitoring health of corneal tissue are disclosed. The system includes a corneal measurement device configured to measure a first state of health indicator that is tissue thickness or volume of a region of the corneal tissue during a first period of time and a second state of health indicator that is tissue thickness or volume of the region during a second period of time after the first period of time. The system further includes a processing unit configured to receive the first and second state of health indicators from the corneal measurement device and generate a health map of the region based on the first and second state of health indicators, the health map indicative of a change between the first and second state of health indicators as measured from the first period of time to the second period of time in the region of the cornea.

摘要: A removable constraining device, systems, and methods for constraining and delivering an expandable member is disclosed. The removable constraining device includes a plurality of strands interlocking to form a cover body having a length, the plurality of strands in the form of a warp knit, and the plurality of strands including at least a first set of strands and a second set of strands. The removable constraining device also includes a first release zone defined by the first set of strands of the cover body along the length of the cover body and a second release zone defined by the seconds set of strands of the cover body, the second release zone being coextensive with the first release zone along at least a portion of the length of the cover body. The removable constraining device may be released at release zones by substantially simultaneously tensioning deployment lines.
