摘要: An article of clothing can include a clothing body adapted to be worn by a user. The article of clothing can include a pocket assembly formed as part of the clothing body. The pocket assembly can include an inner panel disposed as a part of the pocket assembly. The inner panel can include an electrically conductive material. The pocket assembly can also include an outer panel disposed as a part of the pocket assembly that is farther than the inner panel from a user wearing the article of clothing. The article of clothing can include an RFID tag coupled to the clothing body. The RFID tag can store radio-frequency shielding information regarding the electrically conductive material of the article of clothing.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for managing the display of content on an electronic rollable device (600). According to certain aspects, the systems and methods facilitate communications and applications of a rollable device with a display screen interface. The device detects an interaction with the display screen interface by a user (605), such as the user grasping the device. From the interaction, the device identifies a position of the user's hand and, based on the position, a set of configuration settings, and/or other variables, determines a display region on the touchscreen to display a graphic (635) associated with the communications and applications. The device displays the graphic within the display region and receives and processes input from the user.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for managing an illumination of a flexible display (110) of an electronic device (100). According to certain aspects, the systems and methods initiate an illumination mode whereby the flexible display (110) illuminates with various display elements when the display either makes up an inner or outer surface. The rollable device (100) detects any overlap regions (204) as well as any areas associated with tactile interactions by a user of the device. Further, the rollable device (100) can obscure an illumination within the overlap regions (204) and the tactile interaction areas. In some aspects, the user can select to optically steer the illumination via touch sensors (130) located on a side opposite from the flexible display (110).

摘要: An electronic device is operable to display images on a display screen of the device's display. The images include at least one icon and at least one image to be used as a background setting for the display screen. The electronic device includes the display, at least one storage device, and a processing unit. The storage device(s) digitally stores the images and operating instructions for displaying the images. The processing device is operable in accordance with the operating instructions to: retrieve the images from the storage device, determine at least one portion of the background setting that is of higher importance than a remainder of the background setting to produce at least one high importance portion of the background setting, and instruct the display to display the background setting and the icons on the display screen such that the high importance portion(s) of the background setting is viewable.

摘要: A method for receiving a broadcast message in a wireless communication device is disclosed. The device receives a broadcast message that has associated therewith a unique message grouping identifier and determines whether the unique message grouping identifier of the received message is equal to a unique message grouping identifier of a previously received message. The device ignores the received broadcast message when the unique message grouping identifier of the received message is equal to the unique message grouping identifier of the previously received message and in some implementations enters sleep mode.

摘要: A method and apparatus for operating a wireless communication device in an electromagnetically sensitive environment is disclosed. The method comprises selecting an operating mode of the wireless communication device. If the selected operating mode is a factory safe mode (225), the wireless communication device limits its maximum transmission power to a second value (242). The second value of the maximum transmission power is a value at which the electromagnetically sensitive devices in the electromagnetically sensitive environment are not affected.
