    摘要: A safety syringe has a barrel, a pushing element, a retracting element, and a needle group. The barrel is hollow and has a needle-group mounting end, an operating grip end, and a barrel lumen. The pushing element is retractably mounted in the barrel lumen and has a pushrod chamber. The retracting element is airtightly and slidably mounted in the pushrod chamber. The needle group is connected to the needle-group mounting end of the barrel. The present invention can pull the retracting element to move relative to the pushing element to form a low pressure condition in the pushrod chamber as a vacuum status. After the injection, a vacuum attraction force in the pushrod chamber can retract the used needle group into the pushrod chamber for safe use of the safety syringe.

    摘要: A needle protecting module of an injection device in connecting with a syringe has a needle base, a needle body a tube module, a mounting tube, an elastic unit, and a stopping unit. The syringe has a tube body and an axis. The needle body transfixes the needle base and communicates with the tube body for medication injection. The needle base is removably engaged with the tube body and bearing the needle protecting module is transfixed by the needle body. The tube module is mounted around the needle base and has an annular space. The mounting tube is movably inserted into the annular space. The elastic unit is mounted in the annular space and abuts both the mounting tube and the needle base bilaterally. The stopping unit is moveably mounted in the annular space and is selectively engaged with the mounting tube.

The network comprises a congregate node connected to the communications system; a plurality of access points, each access point having associated amounts of incident bidirectional traffic to be conveyed to and from the congregate node; and a plurality of bidirectional wireless links adapted to convey the traffic between the access points and the congregate node. The congregate node is configured to allocate spectrum to each directional component of each link within a predetermined available spectrum for the conveyance of the traffic, wherein the allocation is dependent on the amounts of traffic at the respective access points.

    摘要: The present invention provides two primary Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) mechanisms for a multi-hop network, i.e. an active Mobile Multi-hop Relaying (MMR) HARQ and a passive Mobile Multi-hop Relaying (MMR) HARQ. According to the solution of the present invention, there are provided a method and a device for HARQ retransmission in relay stations of a wireless communication network, wherein in HARQ retransmission, the HARQ procedure is implemented based on resource allocated by a base station; and a method and device for HARQ in a base station, characterized in that a HARQ procedure is implemented in-between one or more relay stations and a mobile station. With the methods of the present invention, the HARQ problems existing in a multi-hop network are overcome, the correction rate of data transmission is improved, while time delay for data transmission is reduced.

    摘要: When a positive voltage of V1 is applied to a drive capacitor with a braking voltage V2 at 0V, a moveable electrode moves toward the drive electrode, and a capacitance C of a tunable capacitor becomes smaller. When the braking voltage V2 is applied a lower portion brake electrode of the brake capacitor moves in a horizontal direction, such that the inter electrode separation distance between an upper portion brake electrode and the lower portion brake electrode becomes 0 μm. The moveable electrode configured integrally formed with the lower portion brake electrode also moves in the horizontal direction, and the inter electrode separation distance between the moveable electrode and a fixed electrode becomes 0 μm. Since the two electrodes make contact with each other with a dielectric layer interposed therebetween, the position of the moveable electrode can be stably maintained by frictional force between the electrodes.

    摘要: The present invention provides a system for transmitting interacting data between neighboring BSs via a MS and a method thereof The system comprises a first BS which transmits the interacting data to the MS, and a MS which receives the interacting data from the first BS and transmits the received interacting data to a second BS that neighbors to the first BS. The invention also provides a communication system and a method thereof, wherein a MS communicates with a first BS using an established first communication channel, and the MS to communicates with the second BS using an established second communication channel. The system of the invention uses a MS within the overlapped coverage area of neighboring BSs to perform transmission of interacting data such as control information for coordination, so as to reduce latency required for interacting data transmission between neighboring BSs. Compared to legacy BS coordination via a backbone, the BS coordination via a MS of the invention is predictable and requires less latency.
