    Abstract: A method includes receiving data values associated with one of a position and orientation of a simulated scanner relative to an object. Image values are calculated, substantially in realtime, based on the data values. A simulated ultrasound image is rendered in a graphical display based on the image values. The simulated ultrasound image is representative of an interior or a simulated interior of the object on the ultrasound scan plane. Ultrasound simulation systems are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A virus detection engine determines that a file is suspected of being malware. A property is retrieved, along with the same file property of other executable files within the same folder. If the property value is similar to property values of the other files then the suspect file is benign. If the number of matches is greater than a threshold then the suspect file is benign. Other file properties of the suspect file are compared. If no file properties are similar to properties of the other files then the suspect file is malware and an alert is generated. The longest common subsequence compares property values. The same property value may be added to files within the same folder after these files are installed on the computer but before any detection takes place. A comparison of the same property values concludes that files are not malware, even if they are suspect.

    Abstract: Provided is an uninterruptible power supply for providing a sinusoidal-wave output AC voltage. The uninterruptible power supply is advantageous in terms of a DC/DC converter unit consisted of a plurality of DC/DC converter, in which the input terminals of the DC/DC converters are connected in parallel with each other and the output terminals of the DC/DC converters are connected in series with each other. The output DC voltages of the DC/DC converters are configured to sum up to form a full-wave rectified DC voltage, which can be converted into a sinusoidal-wave output AC voltage by an inverter. Furthermore, the uninterruptible power supply provides an energy recycle converter configured for recycling the redundant energy of the uninterruptible power supply to charge a battery pack.
