摘要: Disclosed herein is an inverse photonic structure comprising a first component comprising air holes or colloidal particles; and a metal oxide matrix comprising metal oxide nanocrystals, wherein the metal oxide nanocrystals comprise at least one of: a transition metal, titania, zirconia, alumina, iron oxide, zinc oxide, tin oxide, beryllia, a noble metal oxide, platinum group metal oxides, hafnia, molybdenum oxide, tungsten oxide, rhenium oxide, tantalum oxide, niobium oxide, vanadium oxide, chromium oxide, scandium oxide, yttria, lanthanum oxide, ceria, a rare earth oxide, thorium oxide, uranium oxide, other rare earth oxides, or a combination thereof, wherein the inverse photonics structure is crack-free for at least 10,000 repeat units of the first component.

摘要: The present invention discloses a rare-earth-manganese/cerium-zirconium-based composite compound, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof. The composite compound is of a core-shell structure with a general formula expressed as: A REcBaOb-(1-A)CexZr(1-x-y)MyO2-z, wherein 0.1≤A≤0.3, preferably 0.1≤A≤0.2; a shell layer has a main component of rare-earth manganese oxide with a general formula of REcMnaOb, wherein RE is a rare-earth element or a combination of more than one rare-earth elements, and B is Mn or a combination of Mn and a transition metal element, 1≤a≤8, 2≤b≤18, and 0.25≤c≤4; and a core has a main component of cerium-zirconium composite oxide with a general formula of CexZr(1-x-y)MyO2-z, wherein M is one or more non-cerium rare-earth elements, 0.1≤x≤0.9, 0≤y≤0.3, and 0.01≤z≤0.3. The composite compound enhances an oxygen storage capacity of a cerium-zirconium material through an interface effect, thereby increasing a conversion rate of a nitrogen oxide.

摘要: This disclosure is directed to catalyst compositions, catalytic articles for purifying exhaust gas emissions and methods of making and using the same. In particular, the disclosure relates to a catalytic article including a catalytic material on a substrate, wherein the catalytic material has a first layer and a second layer. The first layer includes a platinum group metal (PGM) component impregnated on a porous support material; and the second layer includes a rhodium component impregnated on a support material, wherein the support material is a composite material including zirconia doped with baria, alumina, or combinations thereof, wherein the zirconia-based support material includes zirconia in an amount from about 80 to about 99 wt. %.

摘要: The disclosure describes a process for methanol synthesis remarkable in that it comprises the steps of (a) providing syngas (3), (b) providing at least one first catalytic composition (9) comprising at least one first methanol synthesis catalyst; (c) putting into contact said syngas (3) with said first catalytic composition (9) under first temperature conditions, to provide a first gaseous effluent (15); (d) providing at least one second catalytic composition (17) comprising at least one second methanol synthesis catalyst; (e) putting into contact at least a part of said first gaseous effluent (15) with said second catalytic composition (17), to provide a second gaseous effluent (23) and a second liquid effluent (21); (f) recovering methanol from first (15) and/or second (23) gaseous effluent. The use of a first catalytic composition (9) that comprises at least one first methanol synthesis catalyst in such a process for methanol synthesis is also described.

摘要: Systems and methods for processing mixed plastic waste may include one or more reactive extruders to initially dechlorinate and depolymerize the mixed plastic waste and a catalytic reactive distillation column to further process the dechlorinated, depolymerized mixed plastic waste. Depolymerization of the mixed plastic waste through one or more of the disclosed systems and methods produces and enhances the yield of at least a naphtha blend stock.

摘要: A process for preparing C2 to C4 hydrocarbons includes introducing a feed stream including hydrogen gas and a carbon-containing gas selected from the group consisting of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and mixtures thereof into a reaction zone of a reactor, and converting the feed stream into a product stream including C2 to C4 hydrocarbons in the reaction zone in the presence of a formed hybrid catalyst. The formed hybrid catalyst includes a metal oxide catalyst component including gallium oxide and zirconia, a microporous catalyst component that is a molecular sieve having 8-MR (Membered Ring) pore openings, and a binder including alumina, zirconia, or both.
