    Abstract: A method for displaying stereoscopic images is provided. A parallax bound and a plurality of depth ranges are calculated according to at least one environmental parameter. The user may select a depth range among the plurality of depth ranges. A depth of a stereoscopic image is adjusted according to the parallax bound and the selected depth range. Stereoscopic images are then displayed on a screen of a 3D display device according to the adjusted depth.
