Abstract: A drying duct and a household appliance having the same. The household appliance includes a main body, a drying space placed in the main body and including an air suction hole and an air drain hole, a drying duct including at least one inside-air suction hole communicating with the air drain hole, an inside-air discharge hole communicating with the air suction hole, and an outside-air suction hole and an outside-air discharge hole communicating with the outside of the drying space, and at least one dehumidifying agent placed in the drying duct. The drying duct includes an inside-air suction path into which air inside of the drying space is suctioned, an outside-air suction path into which air outside of the drying space is suctioned, and an inside/outside air movement path communicating with the inside-air suction path and the outside-air suction path.

Abstract: An apparatus and operation method of a Base Station (BS) for allocating a radio resource in a Cognitive Radio (CR) wireless communication system includes, when a licensed system is activated, determining whether each of User Terminals (UTs) located in a cell satisfies Quality of Service (QoS). If all of the UTs satisfy the QoS, a binary message indicating ‘on’ is broadcasted to neighbor BSs. If at least one of the UTs does not satisfy the QoS, a binary message indicating ‘off’ is broadcasted to the neighbor BSs, and when the binary message indicating ‘off’ is received from at least one of the neighbor BSs, the binary message indicating ‘off’ is broadcasted to the UTs.

Abstract: A system and method of detecting separator lines in a web page may include determining coordinates of visible web elements on a web page, generating an edge image of the web page based on the coordinates of the web elements, filtering edges belonging to non-separator line elements within the edge image, detecting horizontal lines within the edge image, detecting vertical lines within the edge image, and filtering short lines within the edge image. A system for detecting separator lines in a web page may include a memory device, and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory, in which the processor determines coordinates of visible web elements on a web page, generates an edge image of the web page based on the coordinates of the web elements, filters edges belonging to non-separator line elements within the edge image, detects horizontal lines within the edge image, detects vertical lines within the edge image, and filters short lines within the edge image.
