摘要： A hard disk drive frame is provided. The distances from its hard disk drive fixing parts to the substrate center are not the same. During the process of vibrational energy transfer, three-dimensional reactions are induced correspondingly to cancel the kinetic energy transfer. The reactions generated at the static balance point in the three dimensions interfere one another to destroy vibrational frequencies in specific directions. The voltage dividing unit has an input terminal electrically coupled to the output terminal of the electric power and an output terminal electrically coupled to the input terminal of the load. Thus, the voltage dividing unit drops the voltage of the load applied by the electric power, and the current dividing unit increases the current flowing into the load, so that the energy-saving device achieves an energy-saving purpose.
