    摘要: In an optical transmission apparatus, an optical-to-electrical converter converts a received optical signal into an electrical signal, and an amplifier amplifies the resulting electrical signal. A plurality of analog-to-digital converters then convert the amplified electrical signal from analog form to digital form in a time-interleaved manner to produce digital outputs. When correcting the analog-to-digital converters, a controller varies the gain of the amplifier in such a way that a total amplitude or an average amplitude indicated by the digital outputs of the analog-to-digital converters will be equal to or greater than a specified threshold.
