These function instructions of the same type are executable simultaneously on the machine tool side. To this end, the apparatus includes a memory (101b) for simultaneously storing a plurality of auxiliary function codes, which command the machine tool to perform specific operations, from a program that has been read in a programmable machine controller (2) executes a function instruction upon identifying a number of each of the auxiliary function codes stored in the memory. A processor (101d) updates all of the auxiliary function codes of the memory in response to completion of a sequence operation, which corresponds to each of the auxiliary function codes, in the machine tool.

摘要： An installation guide mechanism is provided which allows a paper roll to be easily set onto a roll shaft of a paper magazine. A roll guide is connected with a roll shaft by inserting an insertion hole open at the rear end surface of a roll guide onto a holder ring at the front end of the roll shaft in a paper magazine. A tapered portion is arranged at the front end of the roll guide. After aligning a paper roll with the roll guide so that the tapered portion is inserted into the center hole of the paper roll, the paper roll is guided by the roll guide and is moved onto the roll shaft. A magazine guide also can be installed on a floor located under a magazine engaging port arranged on a bottom of an outer surface of a photographic printing machine. A side guide and a center guide are configured on the magazine guide. A pair of side rollers, two pairs of ground contact rollers and a pair of extruded members are included. As the paper magazine is pushed onto the magazine guide, the side roller is guided by the side guide and the extruded members are guided by the side guide surfaces of the center guide to adjust the direction of the paper magazine. The front roller and the rear roller installed on the bottom surface of the paper magazine are rolled along the center guide to reduce the moving resistance.

摘要： A relay module, by which a time required when a motor is optionally mounted on a machine tool or removed therefrom can be omitted. The relay module comprises only a case and terminal screws of an electromagnetic contactor for a motor from which internal components are removed. The relay module is disposed when the motor is not connected and an electromagnetic switch is disposed when the motor is connected. Further, the relay module or electromagnetic switch is wired at all times. When the motor is optionally mounted on the machine tool, it suffices only to replace the relay module thereof with the electromagnetic switch and no wiring job is additionally required. Further, when the motor is removed, it suffices only to replace the electromagnetic switch with the relay module and a job for removing the wiring is not necessary.

摘要： An emergency stop control circuit of a numerically controlled machine tool for controlling emergency stop signals. A relay circuit (1) is provided with input terminals connected to an emergency stop button (22), an overload switch (33), and overtravel switches (34, 35), which are the sources of all emergency stop signals generated by the numerically controlled machine tool. The relay circuit is also provided with output terminals, i.e., contacts (2a, 2b, 2c), connected as necessary to various units including for example, a numerical control apparatus, a servo amplifier, and a spindle amplifier. Accordingly, an emergency stop control circuit requiring only simple connections can be provided. This eliminates the need for a complicated wiring operation.
