Abstract:
A developing device includes a first developing roller including a first transport member that transports magnetic developer by rotating while being close to a latent-image carrier rotating in one direction and a first magnet member, a second developing roller including a second transport member that transports the developer by rotating while being close to the latent-image carrier at a position on a downstream side of the first developing roller in the one direction, and a second magnet member, and a regulation member that regulates transport amounts of the developer distributed to the first and second developing rollers to required transport amounts, and opposes the developing rollers with predetermined distances therebetween. The first and second developing rollers are spaced from each other. The regulation member is movably supported in an area closer to the latent-image carrier than a closest position between the first and second developing rollers.
Abstract:
A particle behavior analysis system includes a calculation section that, regarding a decomposition portion decomposed in accordance with a decomposition method in a range to be analyzed, considers interaction force with another substance that acts on a particle and calculates behavior of the particle, while performing information communication with other devices; and an output processing section that switches output advisability of an analysis result obtained by the calculation section based on priority of the decomposition portion corresponding to the advisability of output processing of the analysis result.

A headrest (7) is mounted to a seat back (3) and movable forward from a set position, a linking mechanism (19) is provided on the seat back (3) for transmitting an inertial force due to the load by a passenger's body acting on the seat back (3), causing the headrest (7) to move forward, a detector (21) performs a detection of contact of the passenger'body with the headrest (7), and a canceler (23) cancels transmission of the inertial force by the linking mechanism (19) when contact of the passenger's body with the headrest (7) is detected by the detector (21).
Abstract:
A developing device includes a developer transport body having a rotating outer peripheral surface, a magnet member having a plurality of magnetic poles, a regulation member that regulates passage of the developer supplied on the outer peripheral surface, and an introduction member having an opposing face opposing the outer peripheral surface to form an introduction space. A regulation-assist magnetic pole, of the magnetic poles, is provided at a position shifted from a position opposing the regulation member toward an upstream side in a rotating direction of the developer transport body. At least an upstream end of the opposing face is located on a virtual line obtained by translating a tangent line to the developer transport body at a position opposing the regulation member to an end of the regulation member opposing the developer transport body or located closer to the outer peripheral surface than the virtual line.
Abstract:
An LED array head has LED arrays, a substrate, first electrode pads, second electrode pads, and light-blocking elements. Plural LEDs are positioned at the LED arrays. The LED arrays are staggered on the substrate. The first electrode pads are provided at end portions of the LED arrays and positioned facing LEDs of adjacent LED arrays. The second electrode pads are provided on the substrate at a side opposite the adjacent LED arrays and connected to the first electrode pad electrically by the wires. The light-blocking elements block light, which is emitted from the LEDs of the adjacent LED arrays, from reaching the wires.
Abstract:
A metal cord is constructed by twisting three metal filaments in the same direction, and satisfies Lmax.gtoreq.1.05d, Lmin.gtoreq.1d and Lmax/Lmin.gtoreq.1.05 (Lmax : center distance between longest separated metal filaments, Lmin : center distance between shortest separated metal filaments, d : diameter of metal filament), and has specified twisting pitch and elongation under a load of 5 kg/cord. A pneumatic tire comprises a belt composed of plural belt layers each containing the above metal cords arranged at a given inclination angle with respect to the circumferential direction of the tire.
Abstract:
A high-durable pneumatic radial tire is disclosed using steel cords in at least one of the carcass and the belt. This steel cord is produced by twisting plural steel filaments each having a tensile strength of not less than 220 kgf/mm.sup.2, whose metallic structure being a fine pearlite structure having an average value of interlamellar distance between cementites of 300-500 .ANG. and an average sectional area of single pearlite crystal grain in filament section of not more than 20 .mu.m.sup.2.
Abstract:
A developing device includes first and second developer carriers facing each other in a facing region, a regulating member that regulates a layer thickness of developer, and a separation member. The first and second developer carriers respectively include first and second magnetic members that are respectively magnetized with first and second facing magnetic poles having opposite polarities. The separation member separates the developer so that the developer is supplied toward the first and second developer carriers. The separation member is disposed such that distances between the separation member and the first and second developer carriers are the smallest in a region in which a magnitude of a combined magnetic field of the first and second magnetic poles locally decreases as compared with a case where at least one of the first and second developer carriers is independently disposed due to interaction between the first and second facing magnetic poles.
Abstract:
A electronic device is mounted on a circumferential surface of an inner liner by tucking first, second and third edges of a device plate between a first holding plane of a first guide tab and a surface of a holder plate, between a second holding plane of a second guide tab and the surface of the holder plate, and between a third holding plane of a third guide tab and the surface of the holder plate. The electronic device can be stably-mounted over the long term without difficulty and can be removed from the circumferential surface of the inner liner without difficulty.
Abstract:
A disc player reproduces information in a plurality of blocks sequentially provided on a disc. The disc player includes an optical pickup reading the information recorded on the disc; an optical-pickup moving unit moving the optical pickup; and a controller controlling the optical pickup moving unit. When the optical pickup is not able to read the information recorded on the disc, the controller controls the moving unit to move the optical pickup to the head of a block subsequent to the block where the optical pickup cannot read the information if the block to which the optical pickup reaches in a predetermined time is different from the block where the optical pickup cannot read the information recorded on the disc.
