    摘要: A developing device includes first and second developer carriers facing each other in a facing region, a regulating member that regulates a layer thickness of developer, and a separation member. The first and second developer carriers respectively include first and second magnetic members that are respectively magnetized with first and second facing magnetic poles having opposite polarities. The separation member separates the developer so that the developer is supplied toward the first and second developer carriers. The separation member is disposed such that distances between the separation member and the first and second developer carriers are the smallest in a region in which a magnitude of a combined magnetic field of the first and second magnetic poles locally decreases as compared with a case where at least one of the first and second developer carriers is independently disposed due to interaction between the first and second facing magnetic poles.

    摘要: A nonvolatile semiconductor memory device includes: a sense amplifier; bit lines coupled to the sense amplifier; memory cell transistors and dummy cell transistors coupled in parallel with the bit lines; and a current generating circuit that supplies a test current to current nodes. Either of the source and the drain of each of the dummy cell transistors is coupled to a bit line and the other is coupled to a current node. In a read operation test, the current generating circuit is activated and then the dummy cell transistors are turned on. The sense amplifier compares the test current passed through a bit line with a reference current and outputs output data corresponding to the result of the comparison.

    摘要: A vertical deflection circuit is used in a camera tube in a color television camera in which the camera tube is provided with an optical filter having an optically black part extending in parallel with a beam scanning direction of the camera tube. A vertical deflection circuit comprises a circuit for generating a saw-tooth voltage for vertical deflection, a vertical deflection coil for the camera tube, and a circuit for supplying the saw-tooth voltage thus generated to one end of the vertical deflection coil in DC coupling. Due to temperature fluctuation, a vertical deflection width fluctuates with respect to a position corresponding to a black part of the filter, as a reference.

    摘要: In a subcarrier regeneration circuit for color television receivers, a phase detector output is sampled by a signal sample-and-hold circuit and a bias sample-and-hold circuit to develop a voltage between the outputs of the two sample-and-hold circuits to control the frequency of a 3.58 MHz subcarrier generated by a voltage controlled oscillator. The oscillator output is phase shifted by 90.degree. and applied to one input of the phase detector for comparison with a gated color burst. The signal sample-and-hold circuit samples the phase detector output during the interval of the color burst, while the bias sample-and-hold circuit samples the phase detector output during an interval which is substantially equal to the flyback interval minus the color burst interval.

    摘要: In a color television receiver adapted to receive a color television signal containing vertical interval reference (VIR) signals, a VIR correction circuit is provided to automatically control the hue and color saturation of the received broadcast signal, which may also be coupled to a video tape recorder of the type in which adjacent field signals are recorded with their respective record tracks being skewed relative to each other to permit elimination of otherwise required guardbands between adjacent field tracks. The recorded video signal is reproduced by mixing adjacent horizontal line signals to reduce crosstalk level. A disabling circuit is provided to disable the VIR correction circuit when the receiver is switched to the output of the video tape recorder in playback mode to prevent false VIR signals due to the mixing from affecting the reproduced colors.

    摘要: An image forming device contains: a latent image holding member; a latent image forming unit; a developer storage unit that stores a liquid developer including a toner and an aqueous medium; a developer supply member that supplies the liquid developer to a latent image holding member; and a transfer unit that transfers a toner image to a recording medium. The developer supply member has a surface formed of a liquid absorbent member and is disposed such that a part of the liquid absorbent member is immersed in the liquid developer stored in the liquid developer storage unit and that another part of the liquid absorbent member is in contact with and compressed by the latent image holding member. The water repellency of the surface of the latent image holding member is higher than the water repellency of the surface of the developer supply member.
