    摘要: A bicycle pedal includes a pedal body, a shaft, a bearing, a sleeve, a bushing, a nut and a lid. The pedal body has a shaft hole with a first opening, a second opening and a first stopping step. The shaft in the shaft hole has a middle section, a tail section with a thread and a second stopping step therebetween. The bearing is put around the tail section and blocked by the first stopping step. The sleeve is put around the tail section and abuts against the bearing. The bushing is selectively put around a first position or a second position of the tail section. The nut is screwed on the thread of the tail section for pushing both the adjusting bushing and the bearing toward the second stopping step. The lid is fastened in the second opening for pushing both the sleeve and the bearing toward the first stopping step.

    摘要: This invention provides a semisolid complex exhibiting (i) the ability to float on water, (ii) the ability to provide liquid oil upon being deformed, and (iii) the ability to function as a fuel, the complex comprising a high proportion of liquid oil, the density of the oil being lower than the density of water, the complex also comprising fibers, the fibers being oriented in a plurality of directions, the fibers forming a framework, the framework being incorporated in the complex, the framework being substantially in the plane of the complex in case that the complex is in the form of a sheet, and the framework extending substantially over the area of the complex in case that the complex is in the form of a sheet, the complex further comprising a low proportion of bentonite, the bentonite being associated with the oil, the associating substantially involving coagulation, the oil and the bentonite being substantially held by the framework. This invention also provides a composition for causing the coagulation of a substantial portion of the oil present in a liquid upon the addition of the composition to the liquid, wherein the liquid comprises a high proportion of water and the liquid also comprises the oil, the density of the oil being lower than the density of the water, the composition comprising a mixture, the mixture comprising a high proportion of discontinuous fibers, the fibers being oriented in a plurality of directions, the mixture also comprising bentonite particles, the bentonite particles being sufficiently high in proportion for associating with a substantial portion of the oil, the associating substantially involving coagulation, and the fibers being sufficiently low in density and sufficiently high in proportion for causing the product of the coagulation to exhibit the ability to float on water. This invention further provides a method of coagulation of a substantial portion of the oil present in a liquid, wherein the liquid comprises a high proportion of water.

    摘要: A lamp system used in a light string system comprises a light assembly and a socket assembly. The light assembly comprises a light source, a base in communication with the light source, and a bypass activating system. The socket assembly comprises a socket adapted to receive the light assembly and a bypass mechanism having a first position and a second position. The bypass mechanism is in the first position when the light assembly is not seated in the socket assembly. When the bypass mechanism in the first position, current flows across the bypass mechanism. When the light assembly is inserted into the socket assembly, the bypass activating system of the light assembly moves the bypass mechanism into the second position, and current flows through the light source instead of the bypass mechanism.
