摘要： A light unit includes a bulb having a light source with lead wires and a separator, a switch member that includes a support member and a pair of spring terminals, and a socket having two or more conductive terminals and adapted to receive the bulb and the switch member. The switch member is adapted to cause the pair of spring terminals to contact one another to form an electrical short circuit across the pair of conductive terminals and the light source when the bulb is completely or partially removed from the socket. The lead wires form an electrical connection across the conductive terminals and the separator breaks contact between the pair of spring terminals when the bulb is seated in the socket.

摘要： The invention relates to luminaires, especially luminaires to be operated in lamp holders for fluorescent lamps. In order to prevent individuals from experiencing electric shocks when inserting a luminaire, for example in the lamp holder of a fluorescent lamp, and in order to be able to operate the luminaire without complications once it is inserted in the lamp holder, the luminaire comprises a contact section to be inserted into a socket base, comprising two contact pins (B1, B2) and a centering device (BX) for centering the luminaire in the socket, which is mounted in the center between the contact pins (B1, B2). The centering device (BX) can be rotated about a main axis of the luminaire to actuate a switch or a protective device.

摘要： A safety lamp, which comprises a lamp body and two electric connecting portions. The lamp body has a light emitting module. The two electric connecting portions are respectively disposed on two sides of the lamp body, and each of the electric connecting portions further comprises a first electric connecting terminal, a pressing switch unit, an elastic conductive unit and a second electric connecting terminal. Each of the pressing switch units must sustain a pressing force to urge against the corresponding elastic conductive unit to deform and to electrically connect the corresponding first electric connecting terminal to the corresponding second electric connecting terminal through the elastic conductive unit. Alternatively, when the pressing switch unit is released from the pressing force, the deformed elastic conductive unit reforms back to an opposite direction of the pressing force to form an open circuit.

摘要： A mechanical shunt for use in a socket of a string of lights resides in an otherwise typical lamp of a string of lights. The present shunt is a coiled spring shunt held by one of the electrical terminals in the socket so that it is cantilevered toward and in electrical contact with the other electrical terminal. The central portion of the spring shunt has a larger diameter. The lamp holder has bottom that, upon insertion of the holder into the socket, presses down on the central portion of the spring shunt so that its first end is moved out of electrical contact with the first electrical terminal, thereby allowing electrical current to pass through the filament in the bulb.
