    摘要: A nifedipine controlled release composition is provided comprising a drug-layer and a push-layer at a ratio of 1:0.5˜3 by weight. The drug-layer contains nifedipine and 40˜99 percent by weight of the drug-layer of hydrophilic polyvinylpyrrolidone homopolymer and/or copolymer carrier. The push-layer comprises about 10 to 80 percent by weight of the push-layer of osmopolymers, about 10 to 80 percent by weight of the push-layer of water-insoluble polymers, and about 5 to 50 percent by weight of the push-layer of osmagents. The composition is used in osmotic pump tablets for controlled release of nifedipine useful for administration once a day.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a cone-shaped crusher. The cone-shaped crusher includes a main shaft, a mantle core assembly which is coupled to and movable up and down the main shaft, and a crushing gap control support positioned below the mantle core assembly and fixed to the main shaft. In addition, the crushing gap control support has an annular cylindrical unit extending upward therefrom and receiving a piston unit which extends downward from the mantle core assembly so that the piston unit is movable up and down in the cylindrical unit. The whole mantle core assembly formed with the piston unit moves up and down by a pressure of hydraulic oil flowing in and out of an internal space of the cylindrical unit.

    摘要: The invention relates to a cone-shaped crusher including a frame having a cavity, a main shaft disposed eccentrically in the frame, and an eccentric drive making the main shaft perform a gyratory movement. The eccentric drive includes an upper eccentric shaft, a lower eccentric shaft, and an eccentric bearing. The upper eccentric shaft has an opening provided at its central portion to allow the lower end portion of the main shaft to pass through the opening, and an upper coupling part provided at its lower portion and fastened to the lower eccentric shaft. The lower eccentric shaft has a lower coupling part fastened to the upper eccentric shaft. The eccentric bearing accommodates the lower end portion of the main shaft and is disposed in a space defined by the upper eccentric shaft and the lower eccentric shaft.

    摘要: A drug core composition is described for enhancing controlled delivery of pharmaceutical active agents with low solubility in water. The drug core composition contains at least a drug-layer and a push-layer. The drug-layer contains at least a pharmaceutical active agent with low solubility in water and a hydrophilic polymer carrier. The push-layer contains at least osmopolymers, water-insoluble polymers and osmagents. An osmotic pump system containing the drug core composition is described wherein a semi-permeable membrane is coated outside of the drug core composition. The drug core composition provides drug release at a controlled rate particularly adaptable for release of therapeutic dosages over a period of 24 hours when administered once a day.
