摘要: An information processing system receives notice information, having a predetermine format, transmitted via a network. The information processing system includes an extracting unit for analyzing the notice information and extracting character symbol information other than format information included in the notice information based on an analyzing result, a display unit for displaying the notice information using the analyzing result obtained by the extracting unit, and a voice output unit for converting the character symbol information extracted by the extracting unit into voice signals and outputting the notice information by voice based on the voice signals.

摘要: A communication charge dividing method according to the invention includes: counting a first number of packets, which is a number of packets for a specific user in a communication path through which both packets regarded as packets for business use and packets regarded as packets for private use pass; counting a second number of packets, which is a number of packets for the specific user in a communication path through which only the packets regarded as packets for business use pass; calculating a ratio of packets for business use and a ratio of packets for private use on the basis of the first number of packets and the second number of packets; and calculating a communication charge for business use and a communication charge for private use on the basis of the calculated ratio of packets for business use and the calculated ratio of packets for private use and data concerning a communication charge for the specific user.

摘要: This invention comprises acquiring information about connection time, information about an amount of transmitted and received data during the connection time and information about line speed during the connection time for a specific user, judging whether a utilization state of a specific user is in a predetermined state by using the information about the connection time, the information about the amount of the transmitted and received data and the information about the line speed, and sending a notification concerning the specific user to the specific user, or to a manager or the like, if it is judged that the utilization state of the specific user is in the predetermined state. Thus, a notification concerning a user having a low utilization degree can be made, and therefore, improvement of the utilization rate can be encouraged.
