    摘要: A pressure control apparatus which controls a pressure of air supplied from a supply hole of a base having a plurality of holes to a supply port of a valve having a plurality of ports is interposed between the base and the valve. This pressure control apparatus comprises a pressure control section which controls a pressure of the air such that the pressure becomes equal to a set pressure, a booster section which outputs a large amount of air to the valve by controlling an output pressure by air from this pressure control section, and a signal control section which outputs a monitor signal indicative of completion of pressure setting when the pressure of air output from the booster section becomes equal to the set pressure.

    摘要: A valve body has second output ports defined in an upper surface thereof. To the second output ports there are selectively and detachably attached quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings or a pipe adapter which provides communication between the second output ports and front output ports through output passages. When the quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings are attached, output pipes can be connected to the valve body from its upper side through the quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings. When the pipe adapter is attached, output pipes can be connected to the valve body from its front side through quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings connected to the front output ports.

The PWM circuit generates a pulse signal Sr having a predetermined duty ratio, based on a comparison between the fed back pulse signal Sd and a voltage value corresponding to a first current value or a second current value, and supplies the pulse signal Sr to a pulse supplying unit. The pulse supplying unit supplies the pulse signal Sr as a first pulse signal S1 and/or a second pulse signal S2 to a gate terminal G of a MOSFET.
